00:16do you consider Thomas Brown a potential head coaching candidate for the Bears?

00:21I just think it's too early to go there, you know, because if Thomas Brown is a guy

00:29that's worth consideration and not just some kind of attaboy interview that you give a guy who

00:38helped out your quarterback at the end of the season, but you're not real serious about him

00:43about him because you want to overhaul things, you're basing that on his entire body of work,

00:51okay? As your passing game coordinator and then at the end of the season for what,

00:58an eight-game stretch as your offensive coordinator, he's off to a nice start.

01:04But to go further than that right now, it's interesting to talk about. He's an interesting

01:14guy, okay? He commands the room, but I think you're going to have to see a lot more for him to

01:24be a legitimate candidate. I think you would want to see a lot more. We know where Caleb Williams

01:30is at right now. He was good against Green Bay, not great because they scored 19 points. He was

01:40better against Minnesota. Well, the degree of difficulty is going up. They're on the road

01:45at Detroit, a team that's lost only one game. How does Caleb look? How does the offense look?

01:53I just think when you ask yourself that question, the first thing you got to say is, well,

01:58I need to see a lot more and I'm going to get an opportunity to because there's six games remaining.
