00:00It was like her last jolt of energy to just scream as much as she could to get attention.
00:10They said a truck had dropped off a box right at the edge of the canal where if any type

00:17movement happened it was gonna break and fall. Flora was in that box. She moved and she went
00:23right down and she just laid there because she was so weak that she couldn't get up.
00:38They pulled her up and she was finally out of there. This dog couldn't even lift her head up.
00:43She couldn't move. After getting her blood work, after getting her x-rays back and realizing that
00:50there was nothing majorly wrong with her, it seemed like she was just weak. She was just discarded.
01:04She's feeling better today. She's even moving her legs.
01:20Within three days she started walking with support.
01:24The difference was incredible because it was day and night. She went from not being able to walk,
01:32being so weak, to just being like the sassy girl that she is. You know, her personality started
01:37coming up. It was so emotional. I texted my team at 7 a.m. that morning and I'm like Flora

01:44her freedom ride today. Say goodbye to Mexico. She's gonna be in a foster home and getting that
01:50one-on-one attention that she deserved her whole life.
01:55She is a giant baby. She's such a lover girl. All she wants is someone to throw the ball for

02:10nub is always wagging. It's crazy to think about where she came from and how she acts today. She has

02:17reason not to trust humans, but she loves everyone that she meets. And I think that's so amazing and
02:25a testament to how special she is. I'm so excited for her to be in a home that wants to

02:31every day, which she deserves.
