03:37Arena back in 2019, and they had a bad track record in Telangana in 2019 as well, where similar kind

03:53So, Rahul Gandhi is saying that to remove a bad track record of a company, why give tender to the
03:58same company when lots and lots of students, their future is at stake?
04:04So, that is the main, you know, point of contention that Rahul Gandhi is concerned, and that's how he's attacking
