00:292026 board exam के cycle के लिए CBSE ने एक नया digital evaluation system introduced किया था
00:34जिसे कहा था on-screen marking यानी OSM
00:38इस system में physical answer sheets चेक नहीं होती
00:41students'i copy scan होती है और फिर examiners के पास online portal पर digitally mark होने जाती है
00:48इस पूरे system को handle करने की responsibility दी गई एक private company को
00:53Coempt Edutech Private Limited और इनका platform था on-mark
00:57सुनने में यह system modern और efficient लगता है लेकिन controversy तब शुरू हुई
01:02जब एक teenager ने इसके अंदर allegedly shocking security flaws discover कि रिपोर्ट्स के मताबिक
01:07February 26 में 19 साल के cyber security researcher निसागर अधिकारी जो खुद अपने class 12 boards दे चुके थे
01:14उन्होंने curiosity में portal का code inspect करना शुरू किया और जो उन्होंने claim किया उसने सब को shock कर
01:21दिया
01:21निसागर के मताबिक portal के publicly accessible code में एक hard-coded master password plain text में visible था
01:28यानि कोई भी person browser inspect करके उसका password देख सकता था
01:33Reports में ये भी claim किया गया कि OTP verification allegedly server side के बजाए browser side पर हो रहा

01:40जिसके OTP bypass possible हो सकता था
01:42और सबसे serious allegation ये था कि examiner IDs change करके दूसरे examiner's के account access किये जा सकते थे
01:49Simple language में समझाएं तो अगर ये flaws real और exploitable होते तो theoretically marks manipulation तक possible हो सकता

01:57निसागर अधिकारी ने claim किया कि उन्होंने ये flaws same day report कर दिये थे
02:01लेकिन उनके मताबिक सिर्फ automated acknowledgement भेजा
02:05और उसके बाद allegedly तीन महीने तक कोई substantial response नहीं दिया
02:09इसी बीच social media पर कई students complain share करने लगे
02:13कुछ students ने claim किया कि scanned answer sheets blurred थी
02:17कुछ ने कहा उनके corrected answer sheets unchecked दिखे
02:20और कुछ नेरी evaluation के बाद marks variation पर सवाल उठाएं
02:24portal crashes और technical glitches की complaints भी सामने आई
02:28हाला कि in individual allegations की independent verification पब्लिक ली अभी available नहीं है
02:33अब CBSE ने भी इस controversy पर clarification दी
02:36CBSE का कहना है कि जो portal allegedly access हुआ
02:39वो सिर्व एक internal testing environment था और actual production evaluation system अलग था
02:44CBSE ने कहा कि real evaluation system compromise नहीं हुआ
02:48लेकिन निसागर अधिकारी ने CBSE का इस explanation को dispute किया है
02:52यानि दोनों side से claims अभी भी contested है
02:55लेकिन controversy हैं खतम नहीं होती
02:57reports के मताबिक QM Tedutech का परारा नाम था
03:00Global Rana Technology Private Limited
03:02और ये company वही है जो 2019 तेलंगाना intermediate examination controversy से जुड़ी थी
03:08उस controversy में result errors और technical failures के बाद massive outrage हुआ था
03:12civil society groups और activists का claim था कि उस crisis के दुरान 32 बच्चों की death हुई
03:17हाला कि इन allegations का कोई final judicial determination officially established नहीं हुआ
03:22अब इसी background की वज़े से सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि आखिर इतनी controversial history वाली company को
03:28CBSE जैसे massive national project का contract कैसे मिला
03:32reports में ये भी allegations सामने आए कि CoMD ने allegedly evaluation work to another company
03:38Code Tantra Tech Solutions को sub contract कर दिया
03:41और critics ने कहा कि ये original contract conditions की against हो सकता है
03:45April 2020 में servers crash होने की reports भी सामने आए
03:49जिसने evaluation process को temporarily disrupt कर दिया
03:53अब Congress leader राहूल गांदी ने भी इस issue को aggressively raise किया है
03:57राहूल गांदी ने सवाल उठाया है आखिर CoMD को contract किस basis पर दिया गया
04:02क्या background checks properly किये गए थे और का procurement process में किसी तरह की irregularities हुई
04:08राहूल गांदी ने independent judicial inquiry और SIT investigation की demand की है
04:12साथ ही Internet Freedom Foundation यानि IFF ने Ministry of Education और CERT slash in को letter लिखकर
04:21transparent audit और investigation की demand की है
04:23फिलहाल इस controversy में कई claims और counter claims सामने आ रहे हैं
04:28CBSE allegations को deny कर रहा है, cyber security researcher अपने findings पर stand कर रहे हैं
04:33opposition investigation की demand कर रही है लेकिन सबसे बड़ा सवाल अभी भी वही है
04:38क्या इंडिया के students का academic future एक vulnerable digital system के भरों से छोड़ दिया गया है
04:43और अगर warning time पर मिल गई तो action तो रांत क्यों नहीं हुआ
