00:00In this video you see how to convert a PNG file to a real object with Bamboo Studio and a
00:063D printer.
00:11I used the Shutterstock website to convert the logo a PNG file to an SVG file.
00:19Drag the logo file in this area on the website then select convert to SVG and click on download
00:26converted image. Then open the Bamboo Studio slicer and drag the SVG file inside a new project.
00:33You see it's too big for the print bed. Click on objects here and make sure the whole object is
00:40selected. Then click on the scale button. Check uniform scale and change the scale to 12%.
00:58Then uncheck uniform scale and change the thickness to 2mm. The other
01:04dimensions will remain the same. Now click on the move button. Enter 90mm for the X and Y position
01:13to center the object on the print bed of 180x180mm. It's time to add another filament color.
01:24Click on this plus button to add filament. And click on the number to change the color.
01:32Choose black and click on OK.
01:38To remove parts you don't need select them here and press delete to remove them. The background and
01:44the square border do not need to be printed. Now change all the parts that need to turn black.
01:50Click on the number next to each part and choose the black filament.
02:03All colors have now been assigned and the logo is correct.
02:09Click on preview to see how it will be printed.
02:15Everything looks fine.
02:20Click on the arrow next to print plate and select export plate sliced file.
02:25Click on export plate sliced file again to save it as a g-code for the printer.
02:31Please subscribe if you like it. Thanks. Let's wait for the print to finish.
02:55And here it is.
03:00I did not print it upside down because the white text and symbol were too thin there.
03:09It came out pretty well.
03:19I also printed the logos of my other channels.
03:23Don't forget to check them out. The links are in the description.
03:30You might also want to check out my 3D design channel. See you there.
