00:00117. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:05118. O Prophet, fear God and do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites.
00:16119. Indeed, God is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
00:22110. And follow what is revealed to you from your Lord. Indeed, God is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.
00:34111. And put your trust in God; God is sufficient as a guardian.
00:41112. God has not placed two hearts within any man.
00:49113. God has not made your wives the means by which you can divorce your mothers by saying, “You are to be like your wives.”
00:59114. And He did not make your adopted sons your sons. That is what you say with your mouths.
01:12115. And God speaks the truth and He guides to the right path.
01:17116. Calling them by their fathers' names is more pleasing to God.
01:25117. If you do not know their fathers, then they are your brothers in faith and your allies.
01:36117. There is no blame upon you for what you have done unintentionally, but only for what your hearts intended.
01:49118. And God is Forgiving and Merciful
01:54119. The Prophet is closer to the believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers. And blood relatives are closer to one another in the Book of God than the believers and the emigrants.
02:18110. Except that you do a favor for your relatives
02:34111. That was concealed in the book.
02:39112. And when We took from the prophets their covenant, and from you, and from Noah, and Abraham, and Moses, and Jesus, the son of Mary, and We took from them a solemn covenant.
03:00113. That He may question the truthful about their truthfulness, and He has prepared for the disbelievers a painful punishment.
03:10114. O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when armies came against you, and We sent against them a wind and armies you did not see.
03:29115. And God is All-Seeing of what you do.
03:36116. When they came upon you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear] and hearts reached the throats, and you entertained suspicions about God.
03:55117. There the believers were tested and shaken with a severe earthquake
04:04118. And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease say, “Allah and His Messenger did not promise us except delusion.”
04:19119. And when a group of them said, “O people of Yathrib, there is no place for you here, so return [home].”
04:31110. A group of them asked permission from the Prophet, saying, “Our houses are vulnerable,” but they were not vulnerable.
04:44111. They only want to escape
04:49112. And if they were attacked from all directions and asked to commit apostasy, they would do so, and they would not be involved in it except briefly.
05:04113. And they had already made a covenant with God that they would not turn their backs
05:13114. And God's covenant is a responsibility.
05:17115. Say, "Flight will not benefit you if you flee from death or being killed, and then you will not enjoy it except for a little while."
05:32115. Say, "Who is it that can protect you from God if He intends harm for you or intends mercy for you?" And they will not find for themselves anyone to protect them from God.
05:48There is no protector or helper besides God.
05:53116. God knows those among you who hinder others and say to their brothers, “Come to us,” yet do not go to battle except a little.
06:12117. They are stingy towards you, but when fear comes, you see them looking at you, their eyes rolling like those of one fainting from death.
06:29118. When the fear is gone, they will lash you with sharp tongues, stingy with good things.
06:39119. Those did not believe, so God rendered their deeds worthless, and that is easy for God.
06:52110. They count the parties, but they did not go.
06:56111. And if the confederate armies come, they will wish they were in the desert among the Bedouin, asking about your news. And if they were among you, they would not fight except a little.
07:19112. There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example for anyone who is pleasing to Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah often.
07:34113. When the believers saw the enemy forces, they said, “This is what God and His Messenger promised us, and God and His Messenger have spoken the truth.”
07:48114. And it only increased them in faith and submission.
07:55115. Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with God. Some of them have fulfilled their pledge, and some are still waiting, and they have not changed their commitment in the least.
08:16116. That God may reward the truthful for their truthfulness and punish the hypocrites if He wills, or accept their repentance. Indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.
08:35117. And Allah turned back those who disbelieved in their rage, having gained no good.
08:44118. And Allah sufficed the believers in the fight. And ever is Allah Powerful and Exalted in Might.
08:53119. And He brought down those who supported them from among the People of the Scripture from their strongholds and cast terror into their hearts; a party of them you killed, and a party you took captive.
09:12110. And He caused you to inherit their land, their homes, their possessions, and a land you did not obey. And God is over all things competent.
09:28111. O Prophet, say to your wives, “If you desire the life of this world and its adornments, then come to me.”
09:44112. If you desire the life of this world and its adornments, then come, I will provide for you and release you with a gracious release.
10:01113. And if you desire God and His Messenger and the Hereafter, then God has prepared for the righteous among you a great reward.
10:19114. O wives of the Prophet, whoever among you commits a clear indecency will have her punishment doubled.
10:36115. And that was easy for God.
10:41116. And whoever of you is devoted to Allah and His Messenger and does righteous deeds - We will give her her reward twice over, and We have prepared for her a noble provision.
11:00117. O wives of the Prophet, you are not like other women. If you ask for water, do not be soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with words that are not soft in speech.
11:25well-known
11:26118. And stay in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was the custom of] the former times of ignorance.
11:36119. And we established prayer and gave zakah and obeyed God and His Messenger
11:44110. God only desires to remove all impurity from you, O People of the Household, and to purify you completely.
11:57111. And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of God and wisdom. Indeed, God is Subtle and Acquainted.
12:11112. Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the devout men and devout women, the truthful men and the patient men and patient women
12:29119. And the humble men and women, and the charitable men and women, and the fasting men and women, and the men who guard their chastity and the women who guard their chastity, and the men who remember God
12:56111. It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair.
13:23112. And whoever disobeys God and His Messenger has certainly gone astray in manifest error.
13:31113. And when you said to the one whom God had favored and you had favored, “Keep your wife and fear God,” while you concealed within yourself that which God would disclose.
13:52People fear God, but God is more deserving of being feared.
13:58114. So when Zayd had fulfilled his desire with her, We married her to you so that there would be no blame upon the believers concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they have fulfilled their desire with them.
14:28115. And God's command was fulfilled.
14:32116. There is no blame upon the Prophet concerning that which God has ordained for him. This is the established way of God with those who passed away before. And the command
14:49God's will is predetermined.
14:53117. Those who convey God’s messages and fear Him and do not fear anyone but God. And God is sufficient as a Reckoner.
15:08117. Muhammad was not the father of any of your men, but he was the Messenger of God and the Seal of the Prophets.
15:22118. And God is All-Knowing of everything.
15:27119. O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance.
15:36110. And glorify Him morning and evening
15:41111. He is the One who prays for you, and His angels [pray for you], that He may bring you out of darkness into light. And He is ever Merciful to the believers.
15:58112. Their greeting on the Day they meet Him will be, “Peace,” and He has prepared for them a generous reward.
16:08113. O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness, a bringer of good tidings, and a warner.
16:21114. And a caller to God by His permission and a shining lamp
16:29115. And give good tidings to the believers that they will have from God great bounty.
16:38116. Do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and disregard their harm, and rely upon God. And sufficient is God as Disposer of affairs.
16:52117. O you who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them
17:08118. You have no waiting period to observe over them, so provide for them and release them in a gracious manner.
17:34119. O Prophet, We have made lawful for you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those whom your right hand possesses.
17:51110. And what your right hand possesses from what God has bestowed upon you, and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts
18:09111. Those who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to marry her, exclusively for you, not for the believers.
18:33112. We have already made known to them what We have prescribed concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess, so that there may be no blame upon you. And God is Forgiving and Merciful.
18:53113. You may postpone [the turn of] whomever you wish of them, and you may take in whomever you wish.
19:04114. And whoever you seek from among those you have dismissed, there is no blame upon you.
19:12115. That is more suitable so that their eyes may be comforted and they may not grieve and be pleased with what you have given them all.
19:27116. And Allah knows what is in your hearts. And Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.
19:36117. It is not lawful for you to marry more women after this, nor to exchange them for other wives, even though their beauty might please you, except for those whom your right hand possesses.
19:57And God is ever watchful over all things.
20:03118. O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its preparation. But when you are permitted to enter, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted to do so.
20:22You have been invited, so enter.
20:24119. But if you are invited, come in; and when you have eaten, disperse. Do not keep company with anyone who is afraid.
20:37110. Indeed, that was hurting the Prophet, so he was ashamed before you, but God is not ashamed of the truth.
20:51111. And if you ask them for something, ask them from behind a screen.
21:03112. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts
21:09113. It is not for you to harm the Messenger of God, nor to marry his wives after him, ever.
21:25114. Indeed, that was a grave matter in the sight of God.
21:33115. Whether you reveal something or conceal it, God is All-Knowing of everything.
21:44116. There is no blame upon them concerning their fathers, their sons, or their brothers.
22:00117. Nor their brothers, nor their brothers' sons, nor their sisters' sons
22:17118. Nor their brothers, nor their women, nor those whom their right hands possess.
22:32119. And fear God. Indeed, God is ever, over all things, a Witness.
22:42110. Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet.
22:51111. O you who have believed, send prayers upon him and peace upon him with a worthy greeting.
23:01112. Those who offend God and His Messenger - God has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and has prepared for them a humiliating punishment.
23:16113. And those who harm believing men and believing women without their having earned it have certainly borne upon themselves a slander and manifest sin.
23:30114. O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers to draw their hands close to me.
23:49115. That is more suitable so that they may be recognized and not be harmed.
23:57116. And God is Forgiving and Merciful
24:03117. If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and those who spread rumors in the city do not desist, We will surely incite you against them; then they will not remain your neighbors therein except for a little while.
24:25118. Cursed wherever they stand, they will be seized and utterly murdered.
24:34119. This is the way of God with those who passed away before; and you will never find any change in the way of God.
24:48110. People ask you about the Hour. Say, "Its knowledge is only with God. And what can make you know? Perhaps the Hour is near."
25:05111. Indeed, God has cursed the disbelievers and prepared for them a blazing Fire.
25:13112. They will abide therein forever.
25:18113. They will find neither protector nor helper
25:24114. On the Day their faces are turned about in the Fire, they will say, "Oh, would that we had obeyed God and obeyed the Messenger!"
25:37115. And they will say, “Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters and our dignitaries, and they led us astray from the right path.”
25:52116. Our Lord, give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse.
26:02117. O you who have believed, do not be like those who abused Moses, but God cleared him of what they said.
26:17117. He was highly regarded by God.
26:22118. O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.
26:33118. He will set your affairs right for you and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys God and His Messenger has certainly attained a great victory.
26:48119. Indeed, We offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they refused to bear it and were afraid of it; but man bore it.
27:06110. He was unjust and ignorant.
27:12111. That God may punish the hypocrites, both men and women, and the polytheists, both men and women, and that God may accept the repentance of the believers, both men and women.
27:27112. And God is Forgiving and Merciful
