00:00111. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:05112. Ya Sin
00:08113. And the Wise Qur'an
00:12114. You are one of the messengers.
00:16115. On a straight path
00:20116. The revelation of the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful
00:25117. To warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are heedless.
00:36118. The word has been justified against most of them, for they do not believe.
00:44119. We have put shackles on their necks, reaching up to their chins, so they are forced to hold their mouths shut.
00:57110. And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they cannot be helped.
01:11111. It is all the same to them whether you warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe.
01:23112. You only warn those who follow the Reminder and fear the Most Merciful.
01:32113. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and a generous reward.
01:39114. Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they have left behind, and everything We have enumerated in a clear register.
01:56115. And present to them an example: the people of the town when the messengers came to it.
02:06116. When We sent two messengers to them, they denied them, so We reinforced them with a third, and they said, “Indeed, we are messengers to you.”
02:24117. They said, “You are nothing but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed anything. You are only lying.”
02:42117. They said, "Our Lord knows that we are indeed messengers to you."
02:52118. Our only duty is to deliver the clear message.
02:58118. They said, “We consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and a painful punishment will befall you from us.”
03:17119. They said, "Your omen is with you. Is it because you are reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people."
03:31119. And there came from the farthest part of the city a man, running. He said, "O my people, follow the messengers."
03:42110. Follow those who do not ask you for payment and who are rightly guided.
03:51111. And why should I not worship Him who created me and to whom you will be returned?
04:00112. Should I take besides Him other gods? If the Most Merciful intends me harm, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me.
04:19113. I would then be in manifest error
04:27114. I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me.
04:35115. It was said, "Enter Paradise."
04:38116. He said, "Oh, if only a people knew!"
04:43117. Because my Lord has forgiven me and made me one of the honored ones
04:50118. And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the sky, nor would We have sent down
05:08119. It was but a single blast, and they were extinguished.
05:19119. Alas for the servants! There never comes to them a messenger except that they ridicule him.
05:33110. Have they not seen how many generations We destroyed before them, and that they will not return to them?
05:45111. And all of them will be brought before us.
05:53112. And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, from which they eat.
06:06113. And We placed therein gardens of palm trees and grapevines and caused springs to gush forth therein
06:20114. Let them eat of its fruit and what their hands have produced. Will they not then be grateful?
06:31115. Glory be to Him Who created all pairs, from what the earth produces, from themselves, and from that which they do not know.
06:46116. And a sign for them is the night; We strip from it the day, and behold, they are in darkness.
06:56117. And the sun runs its course to a fixed point. That is the decree of the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing.
07:07118. And the moon - We have determined for it phases until it returns like an old date stalk.
07:15119. It is for the sun to overtake the moon, nor does the night outpace the day. Each floats in an orbit.
07:33110. And a sign for them is that We carried their offspring in the laden ship
07:42111. And We created for them similar things on which they ride.
07:49112. And if We willed, We could drown them, and there would be no one to cry out for help, nor could they be rescued.
07:58113. Except as a mercy from Us and as enjoyment for a time
08:05114. And when it is said to them, “Beware of what is before you and what is behind you, so that you may receive mercy.”
08:16115. And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they turn away from it.
08:28116. And when it is said to them, “Spend from what God has provided for you,” those who disbelieve say to those who believe
08:48117. You are clearly in error.
09:02118. They say, “When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?”
09:12119. They await only a single blast which will seize them while they are disputing
09:24119. They cannot make a will, nor can they return to their families.
09:35110. And the trumpet will sound, and behold, they will rush forth from the graves to their Lord.
09:45111. They will say, “Woe to us! Who has raised us up from our resting place?” [The reply will be], “This is what the Most Merciful promised, and the messengers told the truth.”
10:00112. It was but a single blast, and behold, they were all brought before Us.
10:13113. So today no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do.
10:26114. Indeed, the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation.
10:35115. They and their spouses are in the shade, reclining on couches.
10:45116. They will have fruit therein and whatever they desire.
10:53117. Peace, a word from the Most Merciful Lord
10:59117. And be distinguished today, you criminals.
11:05118. Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you should not worship Satan?
11:15119. It is a clear excuse for you
11:21110. And that they worship Me - this is the straight path
11:29111. And he has led astray a great multitude of you. Did you not then understand?
11:40112. This is the Hell you were promised.
11:47111. Consume it today for what you used to disbelieve.
11:53113. Today We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to do.
12:10114. And if We willed, We could have blinded their eyes, and they would race to the path, but how could they see?
12:24115. And if We willed, We could have transformed them in their place, so they would not have been able to go on nor return.
12:38116. And whomever We grant long life We reverse in creation; so will they not understand?
12:48117. We did not teach him poetry, nor is it appropriate for him. It is only a reminder and a clear Qur'an.
13:03118. To warn those who are alive and to fulfill the word against the disbelievers
13:12119. Do they not see that We have created for them, from what Our hands have made, livestock, and they are their owners?
13:28110. And We have subjected them to them, so some of them they ride and some of them they eat.
13:37111. And they have therein benefits and drinks; so will they not be grateful?
13:45112. And they have taken besides Allah other gods, hoping that they might be helped.
13:55113. They cannot help them, even though they have an army ready for them.
14:04114. So let not their words grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare.
14:15115. Does man not see that We created him from a sperm-drop? Then at once he is a clear adversary.
14:29116. And he presents for Us an example and forgets his own creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?"
14:40117. Say, "He will give life to them who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
14:54118. He who made for you fire from the green tree, and from it you kindle [fire].
15:09119. Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yes, and He is the All-Knowing Creator.
15:28110. His command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, “Be,” and it is.
15:42111. Glory be to Him in whose hand is the dominion of all things, and to Him you will be returned.
15:53119. Glory be to Him Who created the heavens and the earth, Who is able to create the heavens and the earth, Who is able to create the heavens and the earth, Who is able to create the heavens and the earth
