00:00117. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:05118. God's command has come, so do not be impatient for it.
00:12119. Exalted is He above what they associate with Him.
00:18110. He sends down the angels with the Spirit by His command upon whomever He wills of His servants, [saying], "Warn that there is no deity except Me; so fear Me."
00:44111. He created the heavens and the earth in truth. Exalted is He above what they associate with Him.
00:54112. Man was created from a sperm-drop, and then he became an open adversary.
01:03113. And the livestock He created for you; in them is warmth and [other] benefits, and from them you eat.
01:14114. And you have beauty in them when you bring them home and when you take them out to pasture
01:22115. And He carries your burdens to a land you could not have reached except with great difficulty. Indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful.
01:38116. And [He created] horses, mules, and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know.
01:48117. And upon God rests the guidance to the right path, and some paths deviate from it. And if He willed, He would have guided you all.
02:01117. It is He who sends down rain from the sky; from it you drink, and from it grows trees on which you graze your livestock.
02:16118. He causes to grow for you thereby crops, olives, palm trees, grapevines, and all kinds of fruit. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.
02:36119. And what He has created for you on the earth of varying colors
03:02110. Indeed, in that is a sign for a people who remember.
03:09111. And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat tender meat from it and to extract ornaments from it to wear.
03:24112. And you see the ships cleaving through it, so that you may seek His bounty and perhaps you will be grateful.
03:40113. And He has placed firm mountains on the earth so that it would not shake with you, and rivers and plains so that you may be guided.
03:53114. And signs, and by the stars they are guided.
03:59115. Is He who creates like one who does not create? Will you not then remember?
04:07116. And if you should count the favors of God, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.
04:18117. And God knows what you conceal and what you reveal.
04:24117. Those whom they invoke besides Allah create nothing, and they themselves are created.
04:34118. They are dead, not alive, and they do not know when they will be resurrected.
04:44119. Your God is one God. But those who do not believe in the Hereafter - their hearts are in denial, and they are arrogant.
05:01119. Undoubtedly, God knows what they conceal and what they reveal.
05:09110. He does not like the proud.
05:14111. And when it is said to them, “What has your Lord revealed?” they say, “Legends of the former peoples.”
05:26111. That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection, and also some of the burdens of those whom they misled without knowledge.
05:41112. How evil is what they have sown!
05:46113. Those before them plotted, but God came upon their building from its foundations.
05:56114. So God came upon their building from its foundations.
06:02115. So the roof fell upon them from above, and the punishment came upon them from where they did not perceive.
06:12116. Then on the Day of Resurrection He will disgrace them and say, “Where are My partners for whom you used to dispute?”
06:28117. Those who were given knowledge said, “Indeed, disgrace and evil will be upon the disbelievers this Day.”
06:40118. Those whom the angels take in death while they are wronging themselves, [the angels will say], “Receive what we used to do of evil.”
06:57119. Yes, indeed, God is All-Knowing of what you used to do.
07:07110. So enter the depths of Hell, to abide therein eternally. How wretched is the abode of the arrogant!
07:19111. And it was said to those who feared God, “What did your Lord send down?”
07:27112. They said, “Goodness is for those who do good in this world, and the home of the Hereafter is better. And how excellent is the home of the righteous!”
07:43113. Gardens of Eden which they will enter; beneath them rivers flow; they will have therein whatever they desire.
07:56114. Thus does God reward the righteous.
08:01115. Those whom the angels take in death while they are pure and good, they say, “Peace be upon you. Enter Paradise for what you used to do.”
08:17116. Do they await anything but that the angels should come to them or that the command of your Lord should come? Thus did those before them, and God did not wrong them, but
08:40They were wronging themselves
08:45117. So the evil consequences of their deeds befell them, and they were overtaken by what they used to ridicule.
08:56118. And those who associated partners with Allah said, “If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything besides Him, neither we nor our forefathers, nor would we have forbidden anything.”
09:14119. And We have not forbidden anything to anyone besides Him. That is what those before them did. So is there any duty upon the messengers except clear conveyance?
09:32110. And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allah and avoid false deities." And among them were those whom Allah guided, and among them were those upon whom the command was justified.
09:50They went astray, so travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied the truth.
10:00111. If you are eager to guide them, then know that God does not guide those He has led astray, and they will have no helpers.
10:13112. And they swore by God their strongest oaths that God would not resurrect one who dies
10:22113. Yes, it is a true promise from Him, but most people do not know.
10:33113. To make clear to them that in which they differ, and so that those who disbelieved may know that they were liars.
10:46114. Our only word to a thing when We intend it is, “Be,” and it is.
10:58115. And those who are rewarded for the sake of God after they have been wronged - We will surely settle them in a good place in this world.
11:09116. And the reward of the Hereafter is greater, if only they knew.
11:16117. Those who are patient and put their trust in their Lord
11:23118. And We did not send before you any but men to whom We revealed.
11:34119. So ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.
11:42110. With clear proofs and evidence
11:46111. And We have sent down to you the Reminder so that you may explain to the people what was sent down to them, and perhaps they will reflect.
11:59112. Do those who plot evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive?
12:13113. Or He seizes them in their comings and goings, and they cannot escape Him.
12:21114. Or He may seize them while they are in a state of apprehension. Indeed, your Lord is Most Kind, Most Merciful.
12:30115. Do they not see what God has created of things whose shadows incline to the right and to the left, prostrating to God while they are humbled?
12:47116. And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant.
13:04117. They fear their Lord above them and do what they are commanded.
13:13118. And God said, “Do not have two gods; there is only one God. Fear Me alone.”
13:27119. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and to Him belongs the religion perpetually. So is it other than God that you fear?
13:39110. Whatever blessing you have is from God. Then when harm touches you, it is to Him that you cry for help.
13:51111. Then, when the harm is removed from you, a group of you associate others with their Lord.
14:03112. So that they may disbelieve in what We have given them, and enjoy themselves, for you will soon know.
14:12113. And they assign to what they do not know a share of what We have provided for them. By God, you will surely be questioned about what you used to invent.
14:27114. They ascribe daughters to God, exalted is He, and for themselves what they desire.
14:36115. And when one of them is given the good news of a female child, his face darkens, and he is filled with grief.
14:46116. He hides himself from the people because of the bad news he has received. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? How evil is their judgment!
15:06117. For those who do not believe in the Hereafter is the worst example, and to God belongs the highest example.
15:15118. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
15:19119. If God were to punish people for their wrongdoing, He would not leave a single creature on earth, but He delays them until a specified time.
15:39110. When their appointed time comes, they cannot delay it for an hour, nor can they advance it.
15:50111. They attribute to God what they themselves dislike, and their tongues utter falsehoods, claiming that they will receive the best reward.
16:01112. Undoubtedly, they will have the Fire, and they will be transgressors.
16:09113. God sent messengers to nations before you, but Satan made their deeds seem fair to them. He is their ally today, and they will have a painful punishment.
16:28114. And We have not revealed the Book to you except to make clear to them that over which they differed, and as guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
16:45115. And Allah sends down rain from the sky and gives life thereby to the earth after its death. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who listen.
17:04116. And indeed, in livestock there is a lesson for you. We give you to drink from what is in its remains, between dung and blood, pure milk, palatable to drinkers.
17:25117. And from the fruits of the date palm and the vine you obtain intoxicants and wholesome provision. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who seek knowledge.
17:44118. And your Lord inspired the bee: “Take for yourselves among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct.”
17:58119. Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down for you.
18:07110. There comes forth from their bellies a drink of varying colors in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.
18:27111. And Allah created you, then He will cause you to die. And some of you will be returned to a land for a long life so that, after having had knowledge, you will know nothing. Indeed, Allah is Knowing.
18:49Almighty
18:51112. And Allah has favored some of you over others in provision. But those who were favored by giving their provision to those whom their right hands possess are equal in it.
19:12Do they deny the grace of God?
19:16113. And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates children and grandchildren and has provided for you of the good things.
19:34114. Do they believe in falsehood and disbelieve in the favor of God?
19:42115. And they worship besides God that which has no power to provide them with any provision from the heavens and the earth, nor are they able to do so.
19:57116. So do not make comparisons to God. God knows, and you do not know.
20:09117. God gives the example of a slave who is owned and has no power over anything, and one whom We have provided with good provision from Us, so he spends from it secretly and openly.
20:27Do they seek help?
20:30117. Praise be to God, but most of them do not know.
20:37118. And God presents an example of two men, one of them mute and unable to do anything, and he is a burden on his master; wherever he directs him, he brings no good.
20:59119. Is he equal to one who commands justice and is on a straight path?
21:09110. To Allah belongs the unseen [knowledge] of the heavens and the earth. And the matter of the Hour is not but as a glance of the eye or even nearer. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.
21:29111. And Allah brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers while you knew nothing, and He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts so that you might be grateful.
21:47112. Do they not see the birds, controlled in the air of the sky? None holds them up except God. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.
22:08113. And Allah has made for you from your homes a place of rest and has made for you from the hides of cattle tents.
22:22114. You lighten them on the day you travel and on the day you stay, and from their wool, fur, and hair you make hearthstones.
22:44115. And from its wool, hair, and wool, we make hearths and provisions for a time.
22:56116. And Allah has made for you from what He has created shades and has made for you from the mountains two [places/mountains].
23:08117. And He has made for you garments to protect you from the heat and garments to protect you from your violence. Thus He completes His favor upon you so that you may submit.
23:31118. But if they turn away, then your duty is only to clearly convey the message.
23:39119. They recognize God's favor, then deny it; and most of them are disbelievers.
23:49110. And on the Day when We will raise up from every nation a witness, then permission will not be granted to those who disbelieved, nor will they be asked to appease [God].
24:04111. And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be given respite.
24:14112. And when those who associated others with Allah see their partners, they will say, “Our Lord, these are our partners whom we used to invoke besides You.”
24:33113. So they said to them, “You are liars.”
24:40114. And they will submit to God on that day, and what they used to invent will vanish from them.
24:50115. Those who disbelieved and averted others from the way of Allah - We will surely inflict upon them a punishment beyond punishment for what they used to do.
25:03116. And on the Day when We will raise up from every nation a witness against them from among themselves, and We will bring you as a witness against these
25:20117. And We have sent down to you the Scripture as a clear explanation of all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims.
25:34118. God commands justice, kindness, and giving to relatives, and forbids immorality, wrongdoing, and corruption. He admonishes you so that you may take heed.
25:57119. And fulfill the covenant of God when you have taken it, and do not break oaths after their confirmation while you have made God your guarantor. Indeed, God knows what you do.
26:16You do
26:18110. And do not be like the one who unravels her spun thread after it has become strong, [by] taking your oaths as a means of deception among yourselves, so that one nation may be more worthy than another.
26:45nation
26:46111. God is only testing you with it, and He will surely make clear to you on the Day of Resurrection that about which you used to differ.
27:01112. Had God willed, He would have made you one nation, but He causes to stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And you will surely be questioned about what you used to do.
27:26113. And do not take your oaths as a means of deception among yourselves, lest a foot slip after it was firmly planted, and you taste evil for having averted [people] from the way of Allah, and you will have a great punishment.
27:49114. And do not exchange the covenant of God for a small price. Indeed, what is with God is better for you, if you only knew.
28:05115. What you possess will run out, but what is with God will endure. And We will surely reward those who were patient with a reward better than what they used to do.
28:23116. Whoever does good, whether male or female, while being a believer - We will surely cause them to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward according to the best of what they used to do.
28:46117. So when you read the Qur'an, seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed.
28:56118. He has no authority over those who believe and rely upon their Lord.
29:06119. His authority is only over those who take him as a patron and those who associate others with Him.
29:18110. And if We substitute one verse for another, God knows best what He reveals.
29:30111. They said, "You are but a fabricator." But most of them do not know.
29:41112. Say, "The Holy Spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings for the Muslims."
29:55113. And we certainly know that they say, “It is only a human being who teaches him.” The tongue of the one to whom they refer is foreign, while this is a clear Arabic tongue.
30:15114. Those who do not believe in the signs of God, God will not guide them, and they will have a painful punishment.
30:27115. It is only those who do not believe in the signs of God who fabricate falsehood, and it is they who are the liars.
30:40116. Whoever disbelieves in God after having believed, except for one who is forced [to renounce his faith] while his heart is at peace with belief.
30:55117. But those who open their hearts to disbelief will incur the wrath of God, and for them is a great punishment.
31:14118. That is because they preferred the life of this world over the Hereafter, and because God does not guide the disbelieving people.
31:28118. Those are the ones upon whose hearts, hearing, and sight God has set a seal; and those are the heedless ones.
31:44119. Undoubtedly, in the Hereafter they will be the losers.
31:51110. Then indeed, your Lord, to those who emigrated after they had been persecuted and then struggled and were patient, indeed, your Lord, after that, is Forgiving and Merciful.
32:13111. On the Day when every soul will come pleading for itself, and every soul will be recompensed for what it did, and they will not be wronged.
32:27112. And Allah presents an example: a city which was secure and at ease, its provision coming to it abundantly from every place, but it denied the favors of Allah, so Allah made it taste the garment of punishment.
32:52Hunger and fear because of what they were doing
32:57113. And there came to them a messenger from among themselves, but they denied him, so punishment seized them while they were wrongdoers.
33:09114. So eat of what God has provided for you [which is] lawful and good, and be grateful for God’s favor, if it is Him you worship.
33:24115. He has only forbidden you carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than God, so do not eat it unlawfully, nor transgress.
33:45God is Forgiving and Merciful
33:48116. And do not say, concerning that which your tongues falsely describe, “This is lawful and this is unlawful,” in order to invent a lie against God. Indeed, those who invent a lie against God
34:08Liars will not succeed
34:10117. A little enjoyment, and for them is a painful punishment.
34:17118. And to those who were Jews We forbade what We have related to you before. And We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves.
34:34119. Then indeed, your Lord, to those who do evil in ignorance and then repent afterwards and correct themselves, indeed, your Lord is, after that, Forgiving and Merciful.
35:01110. Indeed, Abraham was a nation [unto himself], devoutly obedient to God, upright, and he was not of the polytheists.
35:13111. Grateful for His blessings, He chose him and guided him to the straight path
35:23112. And We gave him good in this world, and indeed, in the Hereafter he will be among the righteous.
35:34113. Then We revealed to you, [O Muhammad], to follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth, and he was not of those who associate others with Allah.
35:47114. The Sabbath was only ordained for those who differed about it. And indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.
36:05115. Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in the best manner.
36:17116. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His path, and He is most knowing of the rightly guided.
36:28117. And if you punish, then punish with an equivalent punishment to that with which you were punished. But if you are patient, it is better for those who are patient.
36:42118. Be patient, for your patience is only with God. Do not grieve over them, nor be distressed by what they do.
36:55119. Indeed, God is with those who fear Him and those who do good.
