00:00117. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:05118. The reckoning of mankind has drawn near, yet they are heedless and turning away.
00:15119. No reminder comes to them from their Lord except that they listen to it while they are playing.
00:29110. Their hearts are distracted, and those who have wronged whisper together, “Is this not but a human being like yourselves? Will you then resort to magic while you are seeing?”
00:52111. My Lord knows what is said in the heavens and the earth, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
01:05112. Rather, they said, “These are confused dreams,” or “He has invented it,” or “It has become widespread.” So let him bring us a sign like the ones sent before him.
01:30113. No town before them believed, which We destroyed. Will they believe?
01:43114. And We did not send before you any but men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.
02:04115. And We did not make them bodies that did not eat food, nor were they immortal.
02:16116. Then We fulfilled Our promise to them, and We saved them and whomever We willed, and We destroyed the transgressors.
02:30117. We have sent down to you a Book in which is your reminder. Will you not then understand?
02:42118. And how many a city We destroyed which was unjust, and after it We established another people.
02:57119. When they sensed Our might, they fled from it.
03:09110. Do not run away, but return to the luxury you enjoyed and to your homes; perhaps you will be questioned.
03:23111. They will say, "Woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."
03:33112. And that was their claim until We made them like a harvest, extinguished.
03:44113. We did not create the heavens and the earth and that between them in play.
03:54114. If We had wanted to take a pastime, We would have taken it from Ourselves, if We were to do so.
04:10115. Rather, We hurl the truth against falsehood, and it obliterates it, and behold, it vanishes. And woe to you for what you describe.
04:26116. To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth, and those near Him do not disdain to worship Him.
04:39117. And they do not despair
04:42117. They praise Him night and day without ceasing.
04:50118. Or have they taken gods from the earth who spread
04:59119. If there were gods besides Allah in them, they would both have been ruined.
05:08110. Glory be to God, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.
05:15111. He is not questioned about what he does, but they will be questioned.
05:22112. Or have they taken gods besides Him?
05:29113. Say, "Produce your proof."
05:33114. This is a reminder of those with me and a reminder of those before me.
05:41114. But most of them do not know the truth, so they turn away.
05:50115. And We did not send any messenger before you.
05:58115. Except that We reveal to him that there is no god but Me, so worship Me.
06:10116. And they said, “The Most Merciful has taken a son.”
06:15117. Glory be to Him! Rather, they are honored servants.
06:22118. They do not speak before Him, and they act according to His command.
06:31118. He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they cannot intercede.
06:40119. Except for those whom He approves, and they are apprehensive out of fear of Him.
06:47119. And whoever among them says, “I am a god besides Him,” that one We will recompense with Hell. Thus do We recompense the wrongdoers.
07:07110. Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were joined together, then We separated them?
07:23111. And We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?
07:34112. And We placed firm mountains on the earth so that it would not shake with them, and We made therein easy pathways so that they might be guided.
07:50113. And We made the sky a protected ceiling, but they turn away from its signs.
08:03114. And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon, each floating in an orbit
08:18115. And We did not grant immortality to any human being before you. So if someone dies, will they be immortal?
08:31116. Every soul will taste death, and We test you with evil and good as a trial; and to Us you will be returned.
08:48117. And when the disbelievers see you, they only mock you, saying, “Is this the one who mentions your gods?” And they are disbelievers in the mention of the Most Merciful.
09:10118. Man's anxiety is due to haste. I will show you My signs, so do not be impatient.
09:22119. They say, “When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?”
09:32110. If only those who disbelieve knew when they will not be able to ward off the Fire from their faces or their backs, nor will they be helped.
09:50111. Rather, it will come upon them suddenly and overwhelm them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be given respite.
10:05112. Messengers before you were ridiculed, but those who ridiculed them were overtaken by what they used to ridicule.
10:22113. Say, "Who protects you by night and by day from the Most Merciful?" But they turn away from the remembrance of their Lord.
10:39114. Or do they have a mechanism that prevents them from helping themselves without us? They cannot help themselves, nor can they be saved by us.
10:59115. Rather, We gave these people and their forefathers enjoyment until they lived long lives.
11:12116. Do they not see that We are coming to the land, diminishing it from its borders? Are they the ones who will prevail?
11:26117. Say, "I only warn you by revelation." But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned.
11:44118. And if a mere whiff of your Lord's punishment were to touch them, they would surely say, "Woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."
12:02119. And We will set up the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be wronged at all.
12:14119. And if it be the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as Reckoners.
12:28110. And We gave Moses and Aaron the Criterion and a light and a reminder for the righteous.
12:42111. Those who fear their Lord unseen and are apprehensive of the Hour
12:54112. And this is a blessed reminder which We have sent down. So will you deny it?
13:07113. And We had already given Abraham his sound judgment before, and We were well-Knowing of him.
13:20114. When he said to his father and his people, “What are these idols to which you are devoted?”
13:34115. They said, "We found our fathers worshipping it."
13:44116. He said, “You and your forefathers were clearly in error.”
13:56117. They said, “Have you brought us the truth, or are you one of the players?”
14:07118. He said, “Rather, your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who created them, and I am among those who bear witness to that.”
14:24118. And by God, I will surely plot against your idols after they have turned away in retreat.
14:36119. So He made it attractive to them, except for a great one, so that perhaps they would return to it.
14:47119. They said, “Who has done this to our gods? Indeed, he is one of the wrongdoers.”
14:59110. They said, “We have heard of trials and tribulations, and they are told of one called Abraham.”
15:10111. They said, “Then bring him before the eyes of the people so that they may witness.”
15:22112. They said, “Did you do this to our gods, O Abraham?”
15:34113. He said, “Rather, this one, the biggest of them, did it. So ask them, if they can speak.”
15:47114. Then they turned to themselves and said, “You are the wrongdoers.”
16:01115. Then they were turned upside down. I know what these people are saying.
16:15116. He said, “Do you worship besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you at all?”
16:29117. What is wrong with you and what you worship besides Allah? Do you not understand?
16:40118. They said, “Burn him and support your gods, if you are going to do anything.”
16:53119. We said, "O fire, be coolness and safety upon Abraham."
17:04110. They plotted against him, but We made them the greatest losers.
17:13111. And We delivered him and Lot to the land which We had blessed for all peoples.
17:25112. And We gave him Isaac and Jacob as a gift, and each of them We made righteous.
17:39113. And We made them leaders guiding by Our command, and We inspired them to do good deeds.
17:55114. And they established prayer and gave zakat, and they were worshippers of Us.
18:15115. And to Lot We gave wisdom and knowledge, and We saved him from the powerful woman who used to commit evil deeds. Indeed, they were a wicked, disobedient people.
18:41116. And We admitted him into Our mercy. Indeed, he was of the righteous.
18:51117. And Noah, when he called out before, We responded to him and saved him and his family from the great distress.
19:06118. And We delivered him from the people who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were a wicked people, so We drowned them all.
19:26119. And David and Solomon, when they judged concerning the letter, when the people had spread suspicion about it, and We were witnesses to their judgment.
19:43110. So We gave Solomon understanding of it, and to each of them We gave wisdom and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains and the birds to praise [Us] with David. And We were the doers [of all things].
20:07111. And We taught him the making of coats of mail for you, to protect you from your own violence. Will you then be grateful?
20:22112. And to Solomon the wind was a tempestuous force, blowing at his command into the land which we had blessed, and we were all-knowing of everything.
20:44113. And among the devils are those who dive for him and do other work besides that, and We were their guardians.
21:01114. And [remember] Job, when he called to his Lord, “Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”
21:15115. So We responded to him and removed his affliction, and We gave him back his family and the like of them with them, as a mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers.
21:36116. And Ishmael and Idris, and all of them are patient.
21:46117. And We admitted them into Our mercy. Indeed, they were among the righteous.
21:56118. And Dhunun, when he went away in anger, thought that We would not be able to restrain him. Then he cried out in the darkness, "There is no god but You; glory be to You! Indeed, I am..."
22:21I was among the wrongdoers
22:24119. So We responded to him and saved him from distress. And thus do We save the believers.
22:37110. And remind me when he called to his Lord, "My Lord, do not leave me alone [without offspring], while You are the best of inheritors."
22:51111. So We responded to him and granted him John, and We made his wife suitable for him. Indeed, they used to hasten to do good deeds and supplicate to Us in hope and fear, and they were ever humbly submissive to Us.
23:17112. And she who guarded her chastity, so We spent in her from Our Spirit, and made her and her son a sign for the worlds.
23:35113. Indeed, this nation of yours is one nation, and I am your Lord, so worship Me.
23:50114. They divided their affairs amongst themselves, but all will return to Us.
24:01115. So whoever does righteous deeds while being a believer, his effort will not be denied, and We are indeed recording it.
24:16116. It is forbidden for a town which We have destroyed that they should return.
24:28117. Until Gog and Magog are let loose, and they swarm down from every direction
24:42118. And the true promise drew near, and suddenly the eyes of those who disbelieved were fixed in horror.
24:53119. Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this; indeed, we were wrongdoers.
25:11110. Indeed, you and what you worship besides Allah are fuel for Hell; you will surely enter it.
25:26111. If these were gods, they would not have entered it, and everyone in it would have gone astray.
25:41112. They will have a roaring sound therein, but they will not hear anything therein.
25:49113. Those who have been granted good fortune will be kept far from it.
26:03114. They will not hear its faintest sound, while they abide eternally in whatever their souls desire.
26:15115. The Great Terror will not grieve them, and the angels will receive them, saying, “This is your Day which you were promised.”
26:32116. The Day We will fold the heavens like the folding of a scroll for writings. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We were to do it.
26:56117. And We have already written in the Psalms, after the Reminder, that the earth will be inherited by My righteous servants.
27:09117. Indeed, in this is a message for a people who worship
27:17118. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.
27:26119. Say, "It is only revealed to me that your God is but one God; so will you submit [to Him]?"
27:44110. But if they turn away, then say, “I have warned you equally, and I do not know whether what you are promised is near or far.”
28:04111. He knows what is said aloud and what you conceal.
28:13112. And I do not know; perhaps it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time.
28:22113. He said, “My Lord, judge with truth. Our Lord is the Most Merciful, the One from whom help is sought against that which you describe.”
28:35113. He said, “My Lord, judge with truth, and our Lord is the Most Merciful, the One from whom help is sought against that which you conceal.”
