00:06you can attract who you are. You attract those people who align with those values. And it's
00:12important, I think, that in the hiring, we reflect that. Oftentimes, we may not look for people,
00:21we're looking for the skill set first, obviously. But sometimes in looking for the skill set,
00:26you also want to look for those who connect with these values and how they connect with these
00:32values. And I think that's one of the ways to get around it is including the values very heavily
00:39in the hiring process.
