00:00We have just over a billion fans and followers all over the world.
00:03We have one number that always sort of strikes me as interesting as this.
00:06Every half a second, somebody comments on Manchester United on social media.
00:10What that means is all day, every day, people are talking about us.
00:14We can't be part of every conversation.
00:16We don't want to be part of every conversation.
00:18But we have to be really intentional and selective about when we join in and when we don't.
00:22The question for us isn't about so much attaining loyalty.
00:26It's how do we treat them with the respect that their fandom deserves?
00:30How do we offer things up to them daily that gives them a greater insight into what we do?
00:36How do we provide something physically and digitally which is relevant to them?
00:41So how are we evolving?
00:42Next season, we'll be letting Amazon's cameras in for the first time.
00:45We'll be taking part in the next iteration of All or Nothing.
00:48And we'll be giving our fans all over the world even greater insight,
00:52wherever they are in the world, to how we operate day to day.
00:55We're trying to build a 100,000-seater new stadium in Manchester.
00:58We had a huge breakthrough yesterday and acquired the big chunk of land that we needed to facilitate this.
01:03So for the people who are coming to Match Days, we want to give them a world-class experience
01:08and make sure that wherever they are, however they consume it,
01:12we can provide something to them which is relevant, which is timely and which chimes with their passion.
