More TLF work via original style(OS) Bent Rows, which means they are done with legs straight. As on the Barbell Pullups, l have internally rotated my legs, turning my feet in maximally. I'm using 212lb(96½kg). Yes, those are Pancake 100lbers! Without rotating sleeves, l gotta put about 10% more stank on those reps. The Barbell Pullups did a great job at getting that fascia unstuck, letting me go after these Bent Rows unfettered. Getting rid of stiffness & weakness is the goal of all my workouts. God Bless!
