00:07basically I'm a professional now I've got the hang of it I've just made a big hole this does
00:13slightly terrify me my brother Andrew my baby brother coming over I've got one one zero zero
00:22it's one zero one zero none of the measurements seem to be right I've just got myself in a bit
00:28of tears with it I mean it's honestly it's been measured like five times standing here feel
00:42like I'm in war zone days like this where you can spend quality time together are really important
00:54there's a lot of cement I thought Dominic nearly about to end up in it then I cannot wait to
01:02see
01:03the progress of these stairs I mean when they're in I think it would transform the way we use our
01:08house
01:12it's kind of five people looking at wall we're trying to work out a solution now yeah I'm trying
01:18not to stress with my heart it's fine with their summer party deadline edging closer Jasmine and
01:35John along with their builder Dominic and his team are throwing everything at phase two focusing on
01:41the basement pool area and driveway but with so many people on site and projects underway all that
01:50progress has potentially come at cost there is so much going on at the moment and I know we are
01:58getting
01:58there but I can't wait to have everything tidy and clean and no dust and no mud it's just too
02:07much
02:08I'm honestly just struggling just I'm done with it I feel like I just want to go away somewhere and
02:15then not come back until it's all finished let's go to the Astro Astro here a bit here all I
02:25genuinely
02:25think Jas and I at that point during any renovation where you probably both start to question whether
02:32you ever should have started it you know financially and just headspace wise despite all the stresses of
02:40life on a busy building site a lot of the current jobs are outside with work being done to prepare
02:46to
02:46lay foundations for a large patio out back and a driveway out front this morning when I got back
02:57from dropping the kids to school I arrived to find that the digger had unfortunately come into contact
03:07with the waste pipe from not just my house but also the next door neighbor's house and it was cracked
03:15so they were in the process of fixing it but I was mortified and I didn't relish the job of
03:24having to go
03:24and knock on their door and tell them not to flush the toilets until it was fixed if there's one
03:28pipe you
03:29don't want to come into contact with it's the soil pipe while that was quickly fixed and more
03:37embarrassment saved don't like leaving everything in a mess but I'm not gonna have much choice today
03:43because I don't have any time Jasmine has a work trip back in the UK which seems to have come
03:49at just
03:50the right time leaving John in charge of the build and the kids it does feel weird to be leaving
04:00John
04:01amidst the utter chaos that we have surrounding us at the moment with the building work we have to go
04:11to work right so we shouldn't feel guilty but I'd still feel guilty it's that kind of mum guilt although
04:19it's more for my husband than for my kids to be honest all right I'm leaving my keys okay bye
04:26darling
04:26no more rolling than my last row bye safe try board see you soon Jazz is in the fortunate position
04:37that
04:37she loves her job so I think she it'll be really good for her to step away from the build
04:43switch your
04:44brain off of the build and switch your brain into work I think it'll be good for her and also
04:48switch
04:48your brain off of looking after your slightly limpy husband love you babe with Jasmine only away for a
05:00couple of days John has one big task to deal with Pepe who is a metal fabricator from the local
05:08town is
05:09coming to just take some final measurements so that we can get our stairs made it will take us from
05:16this
05:16living space down to the garden without having to go through the basement it should be fun because
05:22Pepe is very Spanish and Jazz isn't here to translate
05:36he's got a lovely little workshop that's full of lots of metal fabrication so it's good I mean we set
05:42out to try and use mostly Spanish tradesmen you know lots of factors like the area we're in and
05:48the availability means we haven't used quite as many but where we can we use local people this is
05:54the three options that we usually use for make metal stairs this is better for the draining for the
06:01water yes this one is better and also this one yeah all is in galvanized metal or maybe I will
06:07check
06:07with them the jefe with my wife the boss okay let's see what stairs we end up with we might
06:19know the spiral
06:20stairs or fireman's pole to the garden but um yeah the stairs Jasmine is looking for will run from
06:28one end of the terrace that's off the living room down to an area of the garden that will be
06:32patio'd
06:58yeah okay here we need to have a solid the floor yeah to install you know the you know the
07:03yeah the metal beam to there no problem will you manufacture them in one whole section or will
07:09you do some of it here we install everything here we install first the okay the two beams and uh
07:17okay
07:17we weld in every steps okay oh how long for the installation yeah two days see okay luckily for
07:27me pepe spoke more english than i thought he would um and it's fine they've measured the stairs they can
07:34go away and fabricate the pieces to build the stairs eventually on site so yeah it's good
07:46with that task fairly successfully maneuvered it's not long before jasmine is back on site and making
07:53plans out front standing here feel like i'm in a war zone just prepping all this driveway for
08:05well to become an actual driveway eventually we should have parking there for two cars at least
08:10two cars it's going to be a big big difference out here i'm hoping that it's not going to take
08:16too long
08:16and i'm really excited to get that part started because i think the front of the house will make
08:23such a big difference when you arrive and people arrive and look at the house from outside you know if
08:27it looks nice that'll make me feel good as well what was once a slope to the basement level garage
08:38has
08:39been framed by a retaining wall and backfilled up to the level of the garden the whole area will then
08:47be tiled and steps added leading down to a small patio for access to the basement
08:56there's also plenty going on in the back garden the muddy mess that has been causing jasmine so
09:01much stress is about to disappear in order to create the large patio her and john have planned
09:08a section of the garden is being covered in concrete to create a solid foundation for tiling
09:17so we are putting down the base for a patio here so that if you're coming from outside you can
09:23have
09:23you know we can have some nice sun lounges here um so that you haven't got to walk across mud
09:29or
09:29anything to get from the pool to the house so i think it'll be quite nice i wanted to obviously
09:34keep
09:34the two citrus trees protected over there and then around the rest of the pool will be green we're going
09:41to have a nice wall at the back lots of nice planting i haven't quite decided yet what kind of
09:47floor i'm going to use out here part of me was sort of toying with the idea of having something
09:52similar
09:52to the pool and then i thought maybe i could continue from the basement out here and have some
09:58of that wood effect tile out here maybe then i was also thinking about terracotta the more sort of
10:03traditional spanish style which i think i prefer i guess you know it will depend on cost it will
10:13depend on availability of stock and it will also depend on what the guys can actually do out here
10:22two years yeah two years one one one euro 97 it is i mean two euro pop plays definitely cheap
10:28and
10:28cheerful while jazz continues to dream out front tiles are also on the agenda it's pretty ideal
10:36isn't it good isn't it yeah okay so maybe we get jazz to come on yeah the final approval
10:44yeah final stamp of approval in fact i'll leave i'll leave it there she can just come out yeah i
10:50don't mean the good thing is we can get them delivered probably the next day and at a point in
10:53the renovation when costs really are yeah for these big bulk areas those will save you a lot of money
10:59you know what i mean because this is about 40 to 60 square meters this area here eight and a
11:05half
11:06although we obviously will have that little bit of taking which will help i've got five meters here
11:18yeah plus 210. oh so you're saying 710 yeah what did you say that was 8 30 yeah
11:25got your calculator uh seven uh 58.93 meters yes me yes
11:33so 720 tiles so divided by that's not too bad is it so what 1400
11:41euros that's pretty good for how much you're getting that's really good christ me to write 720
11:47towers you are like it sounds like a lot doesn't it it does sound like a lot thank you okay
11:52cool
11:54i mean i think a lot of our decisions already have started being slightly more money-led than
12:01slightly more leading with our wallet than our heart
12:03which you know which is fine so i'm sort of slightly reluctant to put terracotta down here because
12:10i'm worried about how much it will stain and mark when you're parking a car on it or using it
12:14for
12:14stuff but at two euros a tile because we are literally still only on the sort of what we would
12:21call loosely phase two still need to get upstairs and do the kitchen and living area we're already
12:29splurging money in places we didn't know we'd be splurging it i'm stood on one of them
12:37anyway we are where we are just need to forge on forward
12:49with summer edging closer it's another warm day down on the costa del sol with the daily high
12:55expected to be in the 30s work is progressing well with a lot of the outdoor projects but there's one
13:01that john was originally championing that seems to have stalled i feel like i've slightly failed
13:09jazz has left me to oversee the initial pool pump relocating and the guy who we had to do it
13:17turned up and sort of looked in gone off to quote for it and my fear is he'll go off
13:22and quote for it
13:22and then won't come back for another week or so which is a shame
13:27the large pump and filter were positioned inside one of the rooms in the garage
13:31but keen to utilize that space it had to be moved ideally it will go outside in a box underground
13:40there are mosquito eggs starting to form in it and whilst it seems a bit bonkers to get the pool
13:46up
13:46and running when there's debris everywhere around it at least at least at the weekends the kids can
13:53have some vague normality in a sea of distress like it's really frustrating because like i sort
14:00of look at it all and think genuinely i think with the right parts i reckon i could have a
14:06good bash
14:06it myself i mean honestly you look at anything come on this can't be that hard like quinn says that's
14:14the
14:15man in you thinking yeah thinking it's possible a whole new pump and filter system buried in a box
14:22in the ground will cost over a thousand pounds while utilizing the system they already have should
14:28hopefully only set them back a few hundred a couple of hours later john hears back from the pool guy
14:35but
14:35he's not able to give an easy solution so they up some of the pool pump is that we're the
14:43best way
14:43the mode of quickest way of getting it into there is to buy a box with the with a new
14:47sand filter and
14:50divergent and pump all fitted in it installed even though in theory we've got a functioning pump and
14:59sand filter but the sand filter we've got is so big it's too big for a box in the ground
15:04it's so annoying
15:06like literally that pump's been sat on the grass for weeks the only way you could use that pump and
15:14that filter is to not have a small box sunk in the ground and build like a you know put
15:20down a
15:21foundations and put shed on it and then but then you'd have the issue of how the pipes get into
15:25the shed nicely and also then you're paying someone to build the shed you're paying for the shed
15:33so it's probably much more much less as whether you buy the box with the pump and the filter already
15:37put in it we should have just left the pump where it was so i'm going to turn to go
15:42ahead and order the
15:43box with the filter and the pump fitted yeah that's fine not that we have at any point expected to
15:50spend
15:52that but i mean it is what it is he'll be fine that's another unplanned cost
16:10right do you want to bring that mixer around and start doing that uh that footing
16:16well yeah maybe you and vidas you want rewire in it yeah it's not really necessary is it
16:21out front work on the new double driveway is going well the walls around the boundary have been built up
16:30and a layer of sand then compacted down as it needs to eventually hold a fair bit of weight
16:36with a couple of cars these foundation layers are important because of construction you need to do
16:41things in order and if you do it slightly out order you think you might be pinching a bit of
16:44time here
16:45but really later down the line it just messes you up so i'm quite happy with the progress we're making
16:52on to the next stage i just heard the sound of a massive truck outside and came out to have
17:02a look
17:02and all this was being delivered
17:06it's a truckload of hardcore or rubble used to create a solid and even base for concreting
17:31it's just a bit more work for the lads unfortunately and the sun which is not great but we're still
17:42good at done but um these things happen i guess but not ideal but we'll make it work
17:51i cannot believe how much work has gone into this driveway the time the money the manpower
18:04you know those guys have worked they have sweated
18:09inside john has the slightly easier task of making a packed lunch it seemed like a good idea a few
18:15days ago to get the morning out of the house with me and jazz mainly because the renovation has been
18:23taking its toll so rather than just renovation renovation all the time
18:31trying to get a bit of time together but yeah at this exact moment in time it seems a bit
18:37stressful
18:37that we're leaving the house but he'll be all right working in 35 degree heat back outside builder liam
18:48has an idea it's about grab he normally does me about 300 but that's to remove waste so just to
18:54come and
18:54use the grab yeah he's got the whole yeah yeah yeah bucket thing using a friend with a grab lorry
19:01designed to collect and move heavy but loose material like the hardcore is being considered i reckon he
19:07could do it maybe he could pick that up 180 or something like that maybe nick's guys the same
19:12it's worth worth doing it it's worth yeah it's cheaper to do that than it is to manually move it
19:17yeah plus it is localish anyway
19:21bye guys call us if you need anything yeah whilst the builders wait for the grab lorry they carry on
19:28by hand
19:29we're off to explore casares um i do feel a bit guilty walking away when everyone's sweating working so
19:39hard and we're like bye bye we're going off to explore
19:53very pretty around here isn't it i mean amazing this is the sort of side of the cost of
19:59el sol that most people don't even know about when you go up into the mountains it's so beautiful
20:05and so green the hidden costa del sol yeah oh look for sale i'm even more of a renovation project
20:17i am not renovating another house after this one you're getting too old for renovations
20:22me that's it this is the aren't you older than me no what
20:32casares is a lovely little pueblo on the hillside very authentic spanish and not that many people
20:42know about it and go there which is why it's extra special to be able to go and explore all
20:48these little
20:49hidden gems along with costa del sol
20:56stunning isn't it
20:59oh i mean that is actually stunning
21:06nice no and breathe
21:14i think days like this where you can spend quality time together are really important
21:23we do love going up into the hills i like those little pots i think we should have some of
21:30those
21:32somewhere the front patio very andalusian oh i think you don't really put a value on days like this
21:41when you're planning them or thinking about them or not doing them i think it's only when you actually
21:46come out and you do it and where possible every couple should try and have a couple of days a
21:53month
21:53where they're just without children and remembering why you're together as a couple
22:01john can be very romantic there's been a few times where he's gone above and beyond
22:09in the romance stakes we're quite affectionate as a couple although sometimes we don't have time
22:18to be very affectionate everything's in such a rush and a panic but it's important i think to
22:25maintain you know keep the flame alive
22:31oh god i can't believe i just said that what's that oh yeah best summer in casadas
22:38kiss me in casada's corner what is it take your photo check your picture oh yes it's got it it's
22:44got
22:45the translation there i know that's how good my spanish is 15 meters come on let's go and have a
22:49look after being together this long i have to drag jazz to a kissing point uh to try and persuade
22:55her to
22:55give me a kiss is it oh it's so cute i mean randomly i think it was a tiny house
23:06maybe
23:07do you i'm look you can take you put your phone in there to take a selfie here you go
23:12it's a bit
23:13cheesy but quite a nice idea to have a little stand where you can put your phone and take a
23:18nice photo
23:20so ten seconds nine eight seven six five
23:33no tongues why are you so rude i think john was a bit embarrassed actually but it was a bit
23:43of fun it
23:44it's quite cute
23:51in all seriousness it was deeply about
23:58don't forget your phone did it come out all right oh i mean in fact i need to lose a
24:04bit of weight
24:05about that john is the love of my life you know we've been together for over 20 years
24:11i wouldn't be with him if i didn't love him jasmine's the world to me and you know i love
24:16her as much
24:17now as when we first met
24:22i mean she's beautiful from inside out and you know there's very few people like her
24:41with both the weather and the build heating up down on the costa del sol tiles are once again
24:47on the agenda so let's see if any of these will work having already chosen the two euro terracotta
24:54tiles for the driveway out front jasmine now needs to select the perfect option for the back patio
25:05i looked at all different options i looked at terracotta but it didn't really go with the
25:10modern style of the pool and i looked at the wood effect tile that we have in the basement seeing
25:15if
25:15we can continue it out there but i just didn't think it looked right so these are the tiles i'm
25:21trying to choose between because we've got two different tiles on the pool surround already i
25:29was loath to bring in a third similar tile but actually now i'm looking at these
25:37i think that's probably the best way forward otherwise we've got too many different looks going on
25:42so these great big huge ones quite like the idea of them but i think this patio is not big
25:49enough
25:49you need to have a huge patio to be able to have tiles that are 1.2 meter square so
25:56i think we're going
25:56to go for a slightly more modest size and out of all of these this one i think is the
26:05best
26:09match for what's already going on in the pool i think that's my decision hopefully john agrees
26:20out front the hardcore has now been spread evenly across the driveway by liam's friend
26:25with the grab truck and then compacted down by the team
26:33the next stage is to cover the whole area in a mesh of steel to reinforce the concrete once it's
26:38poured on top
26:44still focused on the back patio jasmine's next job is to check in on the construction of the new stairs
26:55so i've come to san pedro de alcantara which is one of the local towns because it's where the
27:03ironmonger who's fabricating our stairs is based
27:11i cannot wait to see the progress of these stairs i mean
27:17when they're in i think it would transform the way we use our house hola hola jose antonio
28:14I am so pleased that they're cracking on with the stairs so quickly because initially they said
28:20it could be up to eight weeks and I was a bit like oh no I don't want to wait
28:25eight weeks
28:26but they decided to get on with it so that's good news
28:33the stairs I really want to get them right and I think we are along the right lines because
28:38they are such an important part of the plan and my vision for what we can do in this house
28:44I think it will be a really valuable addition
28:56the following day a delivery of around 700 tiles arrives at the house
29:04these terracotta tiles that have just been delivered I was looking at them as they were
29:09loading them off the lorry and I thought they don't look the right size they look too big
29:13so I measured them and they are the wrong size which doesn't really matter to me
29:23but it's not the size we ordered and the main reason we're going to have to send them back
29:30is because they don't match what's on the pavement and the whole point of getting them
29:35the size that we ordered them was so that they match the pavement
29:40so I'm a bit stressed out about it to be honest
29:46we were supposed to have the concrete board here yesterday
29:49I think it was postponed because they weren't exactly sure of the depth that needed to be done
29:58so it's sort of looking like it's not going to be until next week now that this driveway is finished
30:04and we were kind of expecting and hoping that will be done by the end of this week
30:11a bit frustrating really
30:18while the driveway might be on hold waiting for concrete and tiling
30:22there's plenty to get on without back
30:25and today a team from the metal fabricators are arriving
30:32today we are finally getting the stairs fitted from the balcony
30:38which is the ground floor level down to the garden and pool level
30:45I think this was the first thing that I thought of when we looked at this house
30:48that was the first thing I said that's got to be the first thing we do
30:52so hoping that by the end of today we will have stairs finally
31:06while not cheap having cost just over three and a half thousand pounds
31:10these stairs are clearly going to have a big impact
31:15once set up and marked out Jose starts to drill the first hole
31:22but there's a problem
31:30something is stopping the drill
31:43this could put the whole installation on hold
31:46Jose has hit what he thinks is an electrical wire
31:49right where he needs to secure the steps
31:58hopefully Quinn can find a solution
32:02basically the guys is just no one's fault it happens
32:05the cable is going towards that wall and they've just drilled into it
32:08so we need to relocate where the cable runs basically
32:12which is not the end of the world but
32:16I think they touched it because they tripped it
32:18yeah yeah
32:20but yeah so we have to break out a little bit
32:22move that cable or the conduit that's there
32:24just out of the way so then they can carry on basically
32:27cool
32:33as Jose chisels further into the wall
32:36he spots more than just a cable
32:41it's very strange water and light together
32:43normally not
32:44look
32:48look
32:49it's going to be all over here
32:52we thought that was there
32:55we haven't got running water down here
32:57we've started well
33:00yes
33:01yes
33:03yes
33:03yes
33:03yes
33:03yes
33:15while there is a space to fix two of the screws
33:18to hold the stairs securely
33:19Jose needs to fix four
33:21a solution is needed
33:25yeah it happens especially when you're going into an old building
33:28you know you expect
33:29you know you don't know where things are going to go
33:31especially in this house it's quite old
33:33so there's been pipes at weird angles
33:35cables at weird angles
33:37so you kind of expect them to be in straight lines
33:38but I guess sometimes they aren't
33:50it's a milestone day on site
33:52as the long-awaited stairs from the balcony down to the garden
33:55part of jasmine's vision since her very first viewing
33:59are finally being installed
34:01but progress has hit a snag
34:06there's currently five people looking at a wall because
34:08where the stairs are being anchored to
34:12we discovered there's a garage pipe which could be the main water supply to the house
34:15so we don't want to puncture that
34:17and there is another pipe which could be
34:19so there could be electricity and two water pipes essentially
34:22it's not ideal but we're trying to work out a solution now
34:25and I've got to leave
34:26so perfect timing
34:28yeah I'm trying not to stress with my heart it's fine
34:31everything has a solution
34:33with the team struggling to find that solution
34:36the boss is now on site
34:39can they extend this bracket and bring it this way
34:41no
34:42well they might have to
34:43this is this one
34:44that's that one
34:44no no no I didn't say move the whole thing
34:46I meant extend the bracket
34:48oh right
34:49no that one's for this
34:50yeah yeah but you get me
34:52can they make it longer
34:54I don't know how they can
34:56this?
34:56it's possible
34:58ah yeah yeah yeah
34:59you know what I mean?
35:00you want more longer?
35:01if you can
35:02if that's a 22 mil John
35:04that could be the main feed to the house for all you know
35:07expect the unexpected
35:09ah vale vale
35:10it's a great 4
35:11ah yeah sorry I put a go
35:13no idea what's going on now
35:16hopefully we'll be sold by the time we get back
35:20thanks sir
35:23off for another check-up at the hospital
35:25John leaves
35:27we're welding extension on the step
35:29no problem
35:30it'll be sorted
35:32it's standard everywhere in the world I think
35:34you know
35:34it's a refurbishment
35:35it's never that easy
35:37if it was easy everybody would be doing it
35:39I don't think anybody's prepared for the amount of stress
35:42when you're living
35:44and refurbishment
35:46crazy you know
35:47absolutely crazy
35:48and it's going to get worse
35:50because we've got to go upstairs in a minute
35:52so that's their choice of poison
35:55but yeah
35:57not good
35:58I mean at this point in time
36:00I'm just like
36:01I'm worn out of trying to get everything the way I want to
36:04I just want to say
36:05at the end I'm like
36:06I just don't care anymore
36:08just do whatever you want
36:18it's not long before the bracket is adjusted
36:21and the frame secured to the wall
36:23and the patio
36:27the steps are then quickly spot welded on
36:36obviously the stairs aren't quite finished yet because they still need the handrail
36:40they still need the risers they still need the tiles
36:45there's still quite a lot to do before they are fully functional but they are partly installed at least
36:54with phase two taking shape out back
36:58over on the driveway
36:59there's another important arrival
37:02we have waited a long time for this concrete to arrive
37:06and it's been
37:08a little bit of a bone of contention
37:11where they were supposed to turn up
37:13they didn't
37:17so
37:17so
37:18seeing them finally there
37:20was great
37:28bloody hell
37:30that is a lot of cement
37:32Christ
37:35I thought Dominic nearly about to end up in it then
37:39how many
37:40how many cat footprints by the morning
37:42a lot
37:43I'd have bought my welly boots if I'd known
37:50what makes you realise now is
37:51I know it hasn't changed that much
37:53but already you can see
37:54quite
37:55how big a parking space
37:57very big
37:58driveway
37:58are you slightly regretting it being such a piece
38:04I have this weird thing that I've had ever since I was a child
38:07where
38:08I don't really get nervous about anything
38:11until
38:12after the fact
38:13so when I used to do an exam
38:14I'd be completely confident about it
38:17and then afterwards I'd worry if I had done well enough
38:22and I was the same with the concrete pour
38:25I looked at it and I thought have we made the right decision
38:29there's no going back now
38:32While that thousand pounds of concrete is left to dry
38:35there's plenty going on out back
38:37as the tiles Jasmine picked to match those around the pool
38:41are laid across the large new patio
38:46It's nice to finally see some tiles going down on that back patio
38:50to be honest
38:51I hate looking out the window and just seeing it as a big building site
38:54so just a few pretty tiles
38:57to tidy it up
38:58has made me feel a little bit better about it
39:01With the 700 odd terracotta tiles for the driveway up next for the tilers
39:06the stairs to go out there down to the basement have arrived
39:11they brought it in one big piece
39:13they couldn't install it because they need the floor to be finished
39:16they need the walls to be finished
39:18everything needs to be finished
39:20before they install the stairs
39:22because otherwise you end up having to tile around the stairs
39:25and you wouldn't be able to get underneath them
39:26or you wouldn't be able to get down the side to plaster the walls
39:29and paint the walls
39:30so it makes sense really
39:32that they wouldn't be able to install it at this point in time
39:35it needs to be after that is all made good
39:39so they've just left them here
39:41they're on the drive
39:44waiting to be installed when the time is right
39:51But with the stairs out back already in
39:53over the next day or so
39:55the team managed to get through a load of the finishing off jobs
39:58the handrail is installed
40:00and the underneath and sides boxed in
40:04the pool pump guys also finally turn up
40:07and a new pump and filter system
40:09perfectly designed to be underground
40:10is installed and working
40:15filling up the pool
40:16part 2
40:18or take 2 should I say
40:20so I've just managed to get the hose down there
40:23filling up the pool
40:26filthy, covered in dust
40:27that's just how I roll these days
40:41the garden is really important to me
40:46the garden was absolutely full of dog poo
40:51it was so overgrown
40:53it was horrible when we first moved here
40:55it's absolutely minging
41:00it's really important for the kids to play outside
41:02for the dog and the cat
41:04and for us as well
41:06you know the outdoor life is part of why we're here
41:10I'm hoping that once all the work's done
41:13we'll be able to
41:13really relax and embrace
41:16the Spanish way of life
41:18look at it out here
41:20it's fine to really come together isn't it
41:31the pool's looking good
41:32the patio's looking good
41:33very bright but it looks good
41:35it's so bright
41:35it's so bright
41:36but no it looks lovely
41:41got your pool, got your patio

41:45and once we've got the furniture out here

41:49everything
41:49I think we'll spend so much time out here
41:51definitely
41:52definitely
41:52because even though it's hot
41:54we'll get some nice umbrellas
41:56and you'll be able to get in and out of the pool
41:59I'm looking forward to the day
42:01that I can
42:02where we're all gone
42:03sit down and relax

42:21until they've finished
42:22yeah
42:23so the stairs
42:24I am so happy
42:29why they went over there in the first place is baffling isn't it
42:31but they look amazing now
42:33and when they're finished
42:35I think it's going to look fantastic
42:36they'll be lovely
42:37totally
42:37I've got some really nice tile samples coming

42:55to see things that I'd visualised
42:58materialise
42:58when they weren't there before
43:00it's actually super exciting
43:06it gives me hope that
43:08once the whole thing comes together
43:10it's going to look just as I envisaged
