00:51what I like to do for our videos is imagine a sphere around me.
00:55Take a hit and then imagine that sphere filling up with my smoke, cleansing and protecting me.

01:48For this week's meeting, we will be continuing our discussion on Hellenic daemons.
01:54If you missed our previous two videos, Hellenic daemons are the spirits and deities of various aspects of human life
02:02and society.
02:03And it is believed that each person has one with them from the time they're born until they're dead.
02:09They can provide knowledge, guidance, and more.
02:13I'm working on connecting with mine, but I'll discuss that more when I am further along in that journey.
02:19For now, let's just get back to our list.
02:22And I am listing the names as well as what they are the spirit or deity of.
02:26First up, we have Horkos, the spirit of oaths and the punishment of perjury.
02:33And then Hormes, the spirit of effort, eagerness, beginning action, and starting motions.
02:41Hybris is the goddess of insolence, violence, excessive pride, and outrageous behavior.
02:48Hygieia is the goddess of good health.
02:52Hypnos is the god of sleep and sleepiness.
02:55The Heismanai are the spirits of fighting and combat, especially fist fights.
03:01Aoki is the spirit of battle, tumult, and pursuit.
03:05The Keras are the spirits of violent death, doom, and plague.
03:10Leth is the goddess and river of forgetting and forgetfulness.
03:15Lemos is the spirit of hunger, famine, and starvation.
03:20The Latai are the spirits of prayer and entreaty.
03:26Lysa is the goddess of rage, fury, raging madness, frenzy, and rabies.
03:33The Makai are the spirits of battle and combat.
03:38The Manai are the spirits of madness, Christ, frenzy, and insanity.
03:43Methe is the goddess of drunkenness.
03:47The Nemezine is the goddess and river of remembering and memory.
03:52The Moirai are the goddesses of fate and destiny.
03:58Momos is the god of mockery, ridicule, and blame.
04:02Moros is the spirit of fate, destiny, doom, and death.
04:06The Nikea are the spirits of quarrels, feuds, and grievances.
04:12Nemesis is the goddess of divine retribution, wrath, and jealousy.
04:18Nike is the goddess of victory.
04:20Nomos is the spirit of law, laws, ordinances, and statutes.
04:26The Nosoi are the spirits of sickness, disease, and plague.
04:31Oasis is the spirit of woe and misery.
04:35The Onorai are the spirits of dreams.
04:39Osa is the goddess of rumors.
04:43Paleoxus is the spirit of retreat during battle.
04:47Paragoros is the spirit of comfort and consultation.
04:52Pytharchia is the spirit of obedience and following commands.
04:57And finally, Paetho is the goddess of persuasion and seduction.
