00:00We are coordinating the Lakeview tenants being able to acquire their properties at original
00:05prices, making them overnight millionaires working with Member of Parliament, Ernesto
00:11Queza.
00:12I think that I am working very, very hard.
00:15In my hand here, I have the information from the Auditor General regarding the misuse of
00:23HTC funds in the last PNN year, and we have that information.
00:27So we've been working very hard to cut expenses.
00:29I've been working with the board.
00:31I've been working with my colleagues, Line Minister David Lee and Minister Roberts.
00:35I've been working very closely with Chairman Feroz Khan, who I think has done human service
00:41to the country, working overtime to stop the hemorrhaging that was taking place in the
00:47HTC.
00:47The HTC wasn't as simple as the CPAP and URP that could be stopped.
00:52The HTC has a lot of moving parts.
00:56So that's a reality that we have to deal with.
00:58We have to quickly get a handle on it and manage it.
01:01And I think that like the other ministers and like everyone else who are on board in
01:06the Ministry of Housing and the HTC, I think that we're doing a good job.
01:10Minister, I want to go.
