00:15The facility features a fully equipped gym where members can train with certified personal trainers
00:20who design customised programmes based on individual goals.
00:24AFLAB boasts of four pickleball championship courts and also features a small side football field.
00:30CEO of AFLAB, Luke Hernandez, indicated the space is more than just a gym, it's a movement.
00:38I've always wanted to try it, but all the courts in Port of Spain always seem so busy.
00:43And you can't get a court, so I am happy to have at least courts that I can access.
