00:38Ibrahim yesterday to the young Libertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim, who has consented to the appointment.
00:44He said Halim's appointment, made under Subsection 5.1 of the M.A.C.C. Act 2009, will take effect
00:52on May 13.
