00:00In other news, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned that the country could
00:05face higher risks in securing U.S. air defense systems if the Iran conflict prolongs.
00:10He says supplies of anti-missile systems remain limited due to constraints in U.S. production,
00:16though there has been no disruption so far in deliveries or intelligence support.
00:23Zelenskyy added that Kyiv is using a NATO-backed financing program to procure critical weapons,
00:28including interceptors for Patriot air defense systems.
00:32He also said Ukraine is sharing its expertise in countering drones with countries in the Middle East,
00:38with agreements already signed with Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE.
00:42The war in Ukraine has now entered its fifth year, with peace talks still stalled.
00:48But Ukraine yesterday received a major lifeline after the European Union
00:52approved a €90 billion support package for Kyiv after months of delays.
00:57The breakthrough comes after oil flows resumed through the Druzeba pipeline
01:02following repairs to damage caused by drone strikes, which Ukraine says were carried out by Russia.
