00:03which looked like a championship team Sunday
00:06in the playoff opener against Phoenix, winning by 35 points,
00:10led by the big three of Giltis Alexander, Holdren, and Williams.
00:15Conversely, the Suns trio of Brooks, Green, and Booker was held in check
00:18and will need greater production tonight to avoid an 0-2 deficit in the series.
00:25Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, ready to rock for game two.
00:28So many of these fans have been lined up since noon
00:32to get into the arena for tonight's game.
00:34And to watch, not only the MVP, but this year's Clutch Player of the Year,
00:40Shea Giltis Alexander.
00:44Elsewhere in the Western Conference, Portland even its series with the Spurs
00:48amidst an uncertain immediate future for Victor Wendanyama.
00:52LeBron James continues to evade at age 41.
00:55The Lakers up 2-0, Denver, Minnesota tied at 1-1.

01:02Shea Giltis Alexander, yes, he is the Clutch Player of the Year,
01:04but he made sure, Doris, that in game one, along with his teammates,
01:08it didn't get to a clutch situation.
01:09They led by double figures for the final 38 minutes of that game.
01:13And that was despite Shea, who got 25 points,
01:16but took a lot of shots to get there, just 5 for 18.
01:18I mean, he struggled, but you know who didn't struggle?
01:21The depth and dangerous defense that he's got backing him up on a nightly basis
01:25because they didn't need an efficient performance from him.
01:29They relied on their defense.
01:31And if you're going to try to score at the rim,
01:33it's the first highest priority for this team,
01:35and it happens all over the floor.
01:37And this is where things got out of control.
01:40If you turn it over, particularly middle of the floor,
01:43watch the speed with which they go from defense to at the rim
01:47and on your head, a 34-2 advantage in points off turnovers.

01:53For Phoenix, worst loss in 29 years in the playoffs.
01:56How do they fix it tonight?

13:23They were and he was specifically and then I asked him about last season's title run
13:28He said he learned patience dealing with the highs and lows of multiple series going seven games and all that
13:35came with those
13:36Experiences he added patience is something they'll need certainly to apply to defend their title this season
13:41Dave and db and george and we met with him sunday said the same thing about having patience this season
13:46when he missed almost 50 games due to injury
13:48Had to find things to work on to keep him occupied as caruso takes it away after the missed free

13:54And gildas alexander finishes with that left hand

20:30He's well liked by all of his teammates. Yes, he's focused. He is hyper competitive
20:35But he's got great leadership skills that have really impacted
