00:32I'm starting to come down with a little bit of a sore throat with the changing of the weather

00:40for work I mean pop a couple day quills and let's get on with it yeah are you setting up

00:46off the draft no I like being here for shows are we doing the the the broadcast uh not like

00:52years no okay I just said I hadn't heard so I assume I don't know much about it but I

00:57we're not doing it okay all right I kind of got caught last night a little bit the late afternoon
01:02and evening uh underdressed for softball oh boy it it it dropped the temperature dropped I did not
01:10see that coming I thought it was gonna be a little bit warmer throughout the course of the evening and
01:15boy that wind kicked up and it got a little chilly yeah and the way we were sitting was just
01:20completely exposed to that wind I had shorts and a t-shirt on oh did you get the dust in

01:24too a little bit oh that's the thing about baseball right it never it never fails whatever team or dug
01:31out jack or ellie or on right you've got to sit kind of by the I like to sit behind

01:35I have a problem with my reactions at times so I will sit further away from the umpire just so

01:42you know mumble to myself be grumpy old man on the side but no matter where I sit it's like

02:20umpire that's not what I'm doing but as my wife likes to tell me when I speak I project more

02:28some other parents and my react my like my instant reaction is you know in terms of balls and strikes

03:43either like they don't they don't want the commentary behind them and and all that stuff and and when they
03:49hear it most of the time and a lot of them listen to the show so they instantly hear my

03:55they're like and and then at that point too I'm like hey I I'll talk to you after the game

04:07think so no no I got a lot of respect for the umpires um they do a great job he's

04:12um but no it's last night I was watching the the performance by our tigers and I kept switching
04:21to the channel thinking like sports fans do right I'm gonna change the mojo I'm gonna change the
04:27channel I'm gonna mute the tv I'm gonna do something that's gonna help our team we all know it has

04:31effect but for me it's just the game I play in my head and I kept switching to a show
04:37that my wife had
04:38absolutely no idea what was going on and I don't know you you probably have never seen this swamp
04:45people and they are hunting alligators which I think is something like it's on my bucket list I
04:52want to do that I want to be in a boat some tiny boat that is way too small to
04:57be hunting a 10 foot
04:59alligator and they throw this big treble hook as they follow in the bubbles they hook the alligator and
05:06then they've got to shoot it as it gets close to the boat I think it looks amazing and my

05:12like oh hell no what what the hell are they doing I believe this is a gator favorite you should

05:19to him about it in crosstalk I shoot him shoot him oh yeah it's great I was so entertained and
05:26then I
05:26would switch back and I would not be entertained and it's back-to-back triples for the brewers
05:31back to the alligators yeah so they ran out a bunt they ran out an infield single some of this

05:36that's what they do right their contact team really fast team they went damn near 90 games every season
05:42and if you're not on your your p's and q's oh they're gonna make you look like a little league
05:46group and that's exactly what the tigers look like last night they they look like that little
05:53league team and I mean we all love Kevin McGonigal but I think he learned a very hard lesson early

06:05quickly when you're playing against the brewers there's no margin for error in a game like that and
06:09couple runs turns into a couple more runs and it just starts to avalanche and then you get the ace
06:16on the mound late in the game which you never like seeing it for your team but it's one of

06:21things I laugh every single time I see a position player pitching in major league baseball and I laugh
06:27even harder when someone strikes out to that position player it's like striking out in slow
