02:42I just feel like for the last three years, I have been overly stressed and I usually am pretty chill.

02:54In the US, I had a really successful business and I had grown it from the ground up, literally.
02:59But I was always stressed out.
03:01And whenever I visited Spain, I had this feeling and I really believe in following your intuition.
03:06And I just had this feeling that I'm meant to be here.
03:09So last summer, we started learning Spanish.
03:11And when I turned 30, I was like, do you want to go to Spain?
03:15Like, let's go. We've been learning Spanish. This would be a great opportunity.
03:18So how have you managed to pull off being here?
03:21We both sold everything. I sold my house, my car, my business, literally everything, and got over here.
03:27We are on student visas. We go to an immersive Spanish school for four hours, Monday through Friday.
03:32And then I'm thinking probably a digital nomad visa.
03:35Or maybe, is there a Spanish husband visa?
03:40So what's your budget for a property?
03:41Our budget is between $100,000 and $150,000.
03:45Maybe up to $200,000, if it's perfect.
03:48We're both living off savings.
03:50So one thing that buyers love about this area is the fact that it's 25% cheaper than being in
03:56Barcelona.
