Several years ago, Mick Fairfield arrived at his Darwin home to find his wife Sheena lying in their suburban front yard with fatal stab wounds and his young daughter hiding from the horror that had just unfolded. The man charged with his wife's murder was recently found not guilty due to mental impairment and so has never faced trial. Mick Fairfield was bewildered at the decision and is now calling for more support for victims of crime. He sat down with the ABC, sharing the anguish he and his daughter have endured.
