00:00Let's give a spotlight on a dish that's not just a comfort food, but it's not just a dessert in

00:06That's the chorizo pasta.
00:09Let's know how to eat it here at Sarap Pinoy.
00:14If you want to eat the usual spaghetti, it's time to level up your pasta game and try the chorizo
00:22pasta.
00:23Perfect for the busy days that you want to eat, but a satisfying meal.
00:28Isang pan, ilang sangkap at within minutes, may dish ka ng pwedeng ipagmalaki.
00:34Kaya para turuan tayo kung paano itulutuin, ay tara, samahan natin si Chef Chris Makapagal dito sa Sarap Pinoy.
00:47Samahan niyo ako magluto ng chorizo pasta.
00:50Pagsutay tayo ng white onion.
00:58So, make sure yung onion natin, pag nag-translucit na, sunod na rin natin yung chorizo sausage.
01:08After maluto yung chorizo sausage, sunod na na natin yung tomato base niya.
01:15It comes na rin with the fresh tomato.
01:17At yung herbs niya, yung mga spices niya, including na yung mga, yung salt and pepper, basil, and thyme.
01:27Para po sa dagdag aroma din sa chorizo pasta.
01:32So, maglagay po tayo ng 4 tablespoons.
01:35Mostly yung chorizo pasta is, ano, maasim siya.
01:38Same lang lang ng, ano, ng bowl of this.
01:41So, hindi dapat po siya na matamis.
01:44Pag na-reduce po na natin yung, ano, yung tomato base natin with chorizo,
01:50lagyan na po natin yung, ano, yung penne pasta.
01:53Ang bali, ang pagkakaluto po na ito is al dente lang po.
02:03So, sauteed lang po natin siya.
02:08Make sure na nakakapit po yung sauce ng tomato sauce sa pasta.
02:13Kumapit na po yung tomato sauce.
02:15Maglagay na po tayo ng pinch of, ano, salt.
02:20Pinch of black pepper.
02:26So, itoos lang po natin siya.
02:32After po natin masutay po, so, okay na po yung chorizo pasta natin.
02:36So, ipiplating na po natin siya.
02:38Pasta bowl.
02:40Start tayo muna sa pasta, yung penne.
02:49So, yung chorizo pasta, para makita yung component niya,
02:53lagyan po natin sa on top.
02:58So, after po niyan, maglalagay po tayo ng parmesan cheese.
03:02So, ito po yung magiging saltiness ng pasta.
03:07So, ang ginagarnis po namin dito is parsley leaves flakes na dry.
03:15French bread.
03:17Two pieces po siya na French bread.
03:19So, nakatoast po siya.
03:20Plain toast lang po siya.
03:24Ito na po, loto na po ang pituris.
03:27So, pasta.
03:36Kaya kung gusto mong i-level up ang iyong pasta experience ng hindi komplikado,
