00:11In which we planned this program last year, we had about 22-25 surgeries and did this whole week.

00:55We have televised it in the whole of Pakistan.
00:58By and large, our surgeries are very complex.
01:02That's why this area, head and neck, there are very important anatomical structures.
01:11And any disturbance of any of these structures, the consequences are very much.
01:17Meaning, it can affect speech, swallow, and many of the critical functions
01:21that we take for granted.
01:25So, for example, we do head and neck cancer surgeries.
01:28Sometimes, it's minimum six to eight hours.
01:33And sometimes, it's even longer.
01:35It can be up to ten hours.
