00:06Yeah, yeah. Back to normal. Winning quite comfortably. They went down to 10 men after a while,
00:11which obviously just made it a lot easier for them. To be fair to them, they didn't give up.
00:17They puffed and they puffed, and Travani's a good player, ended up getting a goal,
00:21which they probably deserved in the end. Yeah, good for us, and we've set out what we set
00:27at the start of the season to get playoffs, and really happy we've done it with a few games to
00:31spare, really.
00:32Yeah, you've done it with those games to spare. Presumably now, I guess the ideal target is to get
00:37second and the home playoffs, obviously, but at least you know you're there now, and you can
00:41sort of map out the next few games and go into it. Yeah, I think about seven, eight games ago,
00:46we were sort of in the hunt to possibly win the league, which would have been a maiden
00:51team for us, and congratulations to Leatherhead, who's been really good all season.
00:56But yeah, we sort of stumbled a little bit, and I think it was...
01:00I don't think it was really pressure on us, because I think no one thought we would win
01:05the league anyway, but it was very important for us to sort of get the playoffs sorted.
01:10And like you said, now, to finish, our aim now is to finish as high as we can.
01:15Home draw in the playoffs would be very good for the club, as well as our players.
01:20And yeah, so it also, I think if we finish second or third, I think it's the hardest the club's
01:25ever finished,
01:26which is another sort of positive aspect of it. So yeah, that's what we're trying to do.
01:32And so fully back to business today, sort of nice, comfortable win, and it was a pretty spectacular opener
01:37with Trey in the free kick in that first half.
01:39Yeah, funny enough, Trey was warming up the other week, and Trey was telling me that he was a free
01:45kick take,
01:46and a couple of them have always said, oh yeah, I can take free kicks out.
01:49And when he took it, it was a really, really good free kick. We were sort of behind it,
01:54and it sort of fizzed into the top corner. So yeah, really, really pleased for him as well,
01:58because since he's come in, he's worked hard and deserved that today, to be fair to him.
02:04You know, 1-0 up at half-time and sort of pretty comfortable, presumably sort of pretty happy,
02:08but the message for going into the second half?
02:10Yeah, I think the message now, we go 1-0 up sometimes, and I've said it before,
02:14we sort of, not drop off, but we sometimes a little bit, like, we don't kill games off.
02:21And I think that was it, go in there, kill the game off, get another goal, get another goal.
02:25Like, don't give them chances. We did at the end, they end up scoring, but we're just 3-0 up
02:30by then.
02:30So, again, normally it's sort of like, we'll be 1-0 up, miss a few chances, they'll end up scoring,
02:36and then it's, from a game being really comfortable, you're then struggling a little bit.
02:40So, yeah, that's the thing, like, when we're on top, kill games off from now on.
02:45Obviously they had the red card early in the second half for the kick on Finn's head,
02:48but Finn seems to be alright though, doesn't he?
02:50Yeah, Finn's really good at that, like, making it really difficult for defenders.
02:54He huffed and he puffed all game long, and again, I think he was causing them problems,
02:59which then the defender ends up retaliating to it.
03:02So, yeah, good for us that he got sent off.
03:04But, at the same time, yeah, it's just one of those things that was a sending off.
03:09You see from the sidelines that you kicked him, so.
03:12Yeah, pretty ruthless on there, Michael with the second goal, nice finish.
03:16Yeah, pleased for him as well, because as he's walking past me,
03:20he tries his hardest all the time, he's my favourite in the team,
03:24so I was well pleased for him.
03:27But, no, it's a real good run and good finish, so, yeah, really pleased.
03:30And then the penalty, Billy, just a good composure there, just to stick that away.
03:33Yeah, again, Finn worked his socks off again to get into the position,
03:36gets brought down, and Bill on penalties is very, very calm,
03:40and it's a real good penalty as well.
03:42As we say, the playoffs are all wrapped up now,
03:44and a quick turnaround to Hamlet Villa on Monday,
03:48and that's almost a bit of a playoff, almost just rehearsal, potentially, couldn't it?
03:52Yeah, yeah, they're up there.
03:54They're one of the teams from the start of the season at Vue that thought
03:57they've got a real good chance of getting in the playoffs.
04:01And I think they've added a couple of players from higher levels,
04:04which would give them a bit more of an advantage going into the playoffs.
04:08So it'd be good to see what they come up with.
04:10Again, going into it, I think we can beat anyone.
04:12We're as good as anyone, and I'm very confident.
