00:00Do you always feel like one hamstring is tighter than another and you're constantly stretching it
00:03out and there's never any improvement to it? It might not be your hamstring, maybe your sciatic
00:08nerve. Try this one move to see if it is your nerve. With this move, we're going to lay down
00:12either on the ground or on your bed. You're going to lay back, bring the tight side up towards your
00:17chest, pulling that knee as far as you can. From here, we're going to bring our toes up towards
00:21our head. We're going to straighten that knee out until we feel tension. Once we feel that tension,
00:26we're going to back off until it disappears. From here, we're going to do 10 reps of thinking
00:31that we're pressing on a gas pedal. After doing those 10 reps, we're going to retest those
00:36baselines. So we're going to come to the side, try to touch our toes. If it improves, then
00:41this could be a sciatic nerve issue at its core. I would seek professional care from a chiropractor
00:46or PT in your surrounding area.
