03:11This is something that I think a lot of people don't understand.
03:15Severe alienators are not going to stop alienating.
03:18They will not admit that they've done it to you if you confront them.
03:22And they will not take accountability or ever apologize.
03:26And I can say this from my personal experience.
03:29Even if you reconnect with your targeted parent, if you try to keep your alienator parent in your life, they
03:34will go ahead and most likely alienate you from other people in your life.
03:38Like your spouse and your kids and your siblings.
03:43The alienation never ends.
03:46The severe alienator cannot stop.
03:49That's why it's really hard when you decide that you need to put your own needs and your health first
03:55and love them from afar but not have them in your life.
03:59And other people give you a hard time about it because you're just trying to protect yourself when it comes
04:04down to it.
