00:00There is nothing else that satisfies the human like Christ Jesus.
00:04Now, there's a whole lot of things that we get pleasure from.
00:07We get pleasure from sex, money, accomplishment, all of that.
00:11But that is temporary.
00:13Those are temporary highs.
00:14And many of us today are living off of temporary highs.
00:17But then we go home depressed.
00:19We go home miserable.
00:20We wonder what's wrong.
00:21We think things like, there has to be more to life than this.
00:25And there is.
00:26That answer is Jesus Christ.
00:28There is more to life than making a living, going to work, going out to have a good time.
00:32There is more to life.
00:33What else could there be?
00:34There is the Christ and his righteousness.
00:37Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and his righteousness.
00:40And all these things shall be added unto you, the word of God says.
00:46Help us, God, to seek you first.
00:48Help us, God, to put God in his proper place.
00:50We are sinners.
00:51We can all admit that we have not given God the glory that he deserves.
00:56We have not worshipped his name like he deserves.
00:58We have not honored God like he deserves.
01:00We have not given our lives over like we deserve.
01:03We are in need, ladies and gentlemen.
01:05We are in dire need.
01:07If we die without the Christ.
01:09Oh, if our needs are not met in Christ.
01:12There is no other way these needs can be met.
01:14What needs am I talking about?
01:16The need for salvation.
01:18Oh, somebody might say, I don't need no salvation right now.
01:21I'm good right now and I'm chilling right now.
01:23But upon your death, you are going to be in for something unexplainable.
01:30It's going to be unexplainable disappointment.
01:33It's going to be unexplainable suffering.
01:35It's going to be unexplainable anguish because we have to pay for our sins outside of Christ.
01:40We're talking about a heaven today.
01:43Our God is a God of love.
01:45He wants to.
01:46He dies so many can go to heaven.
01:48But if we reject such a salvation, we pay for our own sins, ladies and gentlemen.
01:55And this is urgent news.
01:57I would that we would all understand the urgency of it.
02:01Oh, God, that we would understand the urgency of this news that we need Christ,
02:06that we are sinners and deserving of hell.
02:08And Christ died.
02:10He took upon our punishment.
02:11This is a very great deal because he took your punishment.
02:14We deserve punishment.
02:16We deserve hell.
02:16If God gave me hell, I could not argue with him because I have violated him.

02:23He does not have to save me, but he is good and he grants salvation.
