00:00Hello everyone, this is William Chambers. It is good to be here with you guys today.
00:03Today we want to talk about soul today, trust tomorrow, faith that moves. Your faith should
00:12continually be moving at all times. Help us today, Lord. Many people stop sowing into things,
00:19not because they're wicked, but because they are tired, meaning they have sowed into something for
00:26so long. It could be a marriage. It could be a business. It could be a relationship. It could
00:31be some spiritual matter, a ministry, anything. You've sowed so long without seeing results and
00:38you wonder if continuing to sow into that is even worth it. Well, this text that I'm about to get
00:47into today says that faith matters. Faith keeps on moving even when we don't see results. Let us look
00:55at the text. In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand, for thou knowest
01:01not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good. Now,
01:09this text is telling us to sow both in the morning and in the evening. Let me explain a little
01:14bit.
01:14In the morning when you sow, that is in the beginning. Don't go and look at the results.
01:21Don't go and see how you've done yesterday. Don't go look at the conditions to see if success is
01:26possible. In the morning, when you get up, in the beginning, trust God with the results. In the
01:32beginning is saying sow. In the beginning of that thing. Then it says, in the evening withhold not
01:38thine hand. It's saying in the evening. This is the season of life. We're talking about seasons.
01:44This is the season of life when you sow for a while and it still seems not to be working.
01:49When you put effort in that thing and it still seems not to be becoming what you thought it would.
01:55This is the time when many people give up. When voices start saying, you put all that effort in
02:00there and it still has not worked. Is it even worth it? This text is telling us in the evening
02:09withhold not thine hand. It means don't back up. Don't back away. You put a lot into that. Don't
02:16stop praying over that thing. Don't stop putting effort into that thing. Don't stop conversating
02:20with that relationship. Don't stop interacting. Don't pull back. Don't withhold your hand because
02:27you're trying to protect yourself. Most of the times we try to protect ourselves because I don't
02:33want to do this no more because I've been putting in this and putting in this without getting a
02:37response. This text right here is saying withhold not thine hand. Then it goes on. It says,
02:42For thou knowest not whether it shall prosper, either this or that. You do not have knowledge
02:48on if your situation will prosper or not or which situation will prosper or not. However,
02:54we are supposed to believe in God without knowledge. That is a human limitation, but it does not say
03:01that we should not sow because we don't know how it will turn out. This text tells us that we
03:06should
03:06believe in God. It's talking about faith. Rather in the morning or in the evening, no matter what stage or
03:11season you're in, you are to sow because you don't know how it will turn out. You don't know if
03:17God
03:17will prosper either this or that or whether both alike. You don't know if God will prosper. This
03:21effort that you put in, that effort that you put in are both efforts. You don't know what God's
03:26going to do. Keep on sowing and you shall reap if you faint not. Dear Lord, we ask your help
03:34here.
03:35We ask that you will help us keep on sowing in season and out of season. Help us. In Jesus'
03:41name
03:41we pray and say. Amen.
03:47Well, I pray that the word of God strengthens you,
03:51settles you, and makes you perfect, matures you. I pray that God will help us to be who he called
03:59us
03:59to be. Till we meet again, God bless you all.
04:03Amen.
04:06Amen.
04:07Amen.
