00:29but you spend your life in fear and worry, your life is not love, it's fear and worry.

00:37I experience the life I focus on.
00:40What that means is what's wrong is always available, so it's what's right.
00:44Right now there are a million things you could focus on.
00:46If you focus on certain things, you're going to feel great.
00:49Focus on something else, you'll feel terrible.
00:50When you train your brain to focus differently, it changes what things mean to you.
00:55And the meaning changes your emotion and your emotion changes the decisions you make about what to do.
