Though this is only 162lb, the lack of rotating sleeves is certainly felt on these Continental Presses. You just don't realize how much those rotating sleeves help until their gone. Want an easy strength boost on a lift? Use a Standard set up for 3 weeks on a lift you want to improve, and then go back to the Olympic set. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
