00:00Six teams, including the Phillies, who I think got credit for maybe inventing it.
00:05You know, we've seen the social media challenge when guys try to drink nine beers, eat nine to nine innings.
00:11So teams have now adopted that through Aramark, the vendor of a food at most stadiums.
00:16And they've done their own version of it.
00:19So it's nine mini hot dogs.
00:21And they claim it's also nine beers and they give you a little cardboard carrying case.
00:25So we did some research into it because San Francisco last night, City Field for the Mets and you guys
00:31in Philadelphia are three of the six teams that are doing it this year.
00:35Here's the rub on it.
00:36It's 55 bucks.
00:37You are not getting nine beers.
00:39Nope.
00:40Even worse than that.
00:41You get a single beer.
00:43Now in San Francisco, their official beer is Coors Light.
00:45I'm not sure what it is in Philly or at City Field.
00:48I believe it's Bud Light.
00:48You get a Tall Boy.
00:50So you're getting a 24-ounce can of beer.
00:53And they showed video of this last night.
00:55Guy went to pour the beer into the nine glasses.
00:58There's not enough beer.
01:00So it's a scam.
01:01So if you go to the park today, Philly, New York, wherever you might be, and they're pushing the 999
01:07challenge, it's one beer, not nine beers.
01:10It's a single beer that doesn't fill the nine glasses, which are each three ounces.
01:17Yeah.
01:18So it's like a shot glass.
01:19Right.
01:19It's really what it is, but it's like a commemorative thing.
01:21So, you know, there'll be people, I want my Philadelphia glass.
01:23I want my Mets glass, that kind of nonsense.
01:26But it's a scam.
01:27It's a scam.
01:27They're not full-size hot dogs, and they're not full-size beers.
01:30It's a single beer, but they're calling it the 999 challenge.
01:35Do not buy it.
01:37Aramark, frankly, should be sued for it.
01:38Now, I understand not wanting to give certain people nine beers.
01:43And if we're going to be honest, some people are going to drink nine beers and then try to drive.
01:46Yeah.
01:47Okay.
01:47But you've got to give them three beers.
01:51You can't give them one beer.
01:53I thought all the little ponies.
01:55I expected not nine full-size beers.
01:58But they're promoting it as nine beers.
02:00Right, which is fake.
02:01Which is not right.
02:01It should be three beers at least.
02:03Yeah.
02:04So, it'll be interesting in Philly today and in New York today because the Mets are now doing it as
02:08well.
02:08I know the Phillies are doing it in San Fran.
02:10There's three other teams doing it.
02:11There's going to be mayhem if you charge a dude 55 bucks under the promise of nine hot dogs, nine
02:18beers, and that guy doesn't get nine beers, and he gets a Corzai Tallboy, and he's like, wait a minute,
02:25I just gave you 55 bucks for nine beers.
02:29Right.
02:29I only got a single beer.
02:31Right.
02:31And now someone's going to be like, you know what?
02:33Now, I need to go get a tampon.
02:35What's next?
02:36Tampons in the bathroom?
02:37Well, they're going to go get a tampon.
02:38I got to lick her up somehow.
02:39What are you doing with that tampon?
02:40I got to lick her up somehow.
02:42It's your fault.
02:42If you give me the beers I paid for, I would have to use this tampon.
02:45Yeah.
02:46So, you're going to say it's going to be a big deal tomorrow and on the news tonight because there's
02:50going to be mayhem in places like Philadelphia and New York, Queens, when the Phillies and Mets play, when people
02:56fork over 55 bucks for their hard-earned money, and they're like, the promise is nine beers.
03:03You only gave me one beer.
