01:15contributing factors such as increasing rates of obesity and abdominal fat physical inactivity and
01:23prolonged sitting diets that are high in processed foods refined sugars and fats people are smoking
01:31and vaping at younger ages and last but not least chronic stress and poor sleep hygiene many of these
01:39risk factors are happening silently meaning the person may feel fine but the damage is happening internally
01:47we should all be aware of the symptoms of heart disease or cardiovascular disease these symptoms include
01:54chest pain chest discomfort chest tightness or even chest pressure shortness of breath unusual fatigue
02:03pain that radiates to the jaw arm or back dizziness nausea or sweating importantly sometimes these symptoms
02:13can be dismissed as panic attacks anxiety muscle strain and even acid reflux leading to delay in seeking
