Transcript
00:00but after digging deeper i realized that they are anything but boring they have grown both
00:04organically and through acquisitions they have focused on becoming more customer centric and
00:10they have reinvented themselves several times over the years all right so now let's move on
00:15to the second part of the video where we talk about the financials of the company first off
00:20when it comes to their revenue they pulled in 44 billion dollars in the trailing 12 months
00:25as i mentioned earlier the vast majority of their revenue comes from their it services business
00:31which accounts for around half of their revenue after that we have their device business which
00:37accounts for around 25 of their total revenue after that we have their electronic components
00:43business and then finally their mobile business when it comes to their profitability i don't have
00:49exact numbers because they don't break it down in their financial statements however i do know that
00:55they are profitable because they have a positive net income and speaking of net income they have
01:01actually been profitable for the past five years but that hasn't always been the case in fact they
01:07weren't profitable for nearly a decade before that finally when it comes to their valuation it's a bit
01:13complicated because they are a publicly traded company in japan but if we look at their market cap
01:18it's about 13 billion dollars all in all i think that fujitsu is a pretty solid company they have a
01:26strong
01:26competitive position in their industries they have a solid track record of profitability and they have a
01:32decent valuation but what do you guys think
01:34you
