01:08that's the only opportunity you'd have to live by water.

01:17Indiana is 16 and Wilfred is 12.
01:20Now that my parents aren't together anymore,
01:22I'm very excited to see what my mum kind of does with her life
01:25now that there's a new chapter.
01:27For me, it's also about making most of the time
01:30that I have left, especially with Safar turning 18.
01:34She's got plans to move out and get her own place.
01:37So it's really taking this moment to treasure our time together.

02:15which is to have that freedom of not being enclosed in the suburbs
02:19and just being close to nature, but also accessible to all the things they need.
02:24So the wish list for the new house is obviously proximity to water
02:27is absolutely fundamental to this.
02:30I feel like we need a good kitchen.
02:32That's where we spend our time.
02:34So the minimum would be three bedrooms.
02:36Obviously, Safar's going to be coming and going,
02:39but we can make it work with her sharing with her sister.
