03:48wonderful five burner gas stove and then the sink in the middle facing out to the water is phenomenal
03:53something else you don't always see in a kitchen is soapstone and they did put a pass-through that takes
04:00you over into the formal dining room it is not quite my aesthetic but I do appreciate the beautiful
04:05countertops that they have and of course this view is unbeatable so maybe next we'll take a look at the
04:13primary bedroom Wow that is beautiful you have vaulted ceilings I love that beautiful sliding door
04:19right out to your balcony I love the high ceilings and I love the views the lake I can imagine

04:25waking up every morning and seeing that view this room is just so big we could put down beds and

04:30entire family could be in here it could be like the family bedroom no we're not well why don't we

04:43this wonderful skylight bringing in all this natural light and then we also have this beautiful granite
04:48double vanity Adam I do like the natural light that's coming in here just with four kids I kind
04:53of was hoping for a little bit of an escape maybe a nice soaker tub look all of these things

04:58repaired it's just time and money well I'd love to take you outside and here's the best part of this
05:04property I've been dying to show you this is incredible this is really cool your own private
05:10beach shallow for the children we have our own fire pit that they owners have put in kids will
05:15be making s'mores in no time oh for sure young ones would love being able to build sandcastles on
05:19the beach I'm just not seeing a dock you're absolutely correct it's an expense I think maybe we'll go back

05:50the living room I just could not get over all of the views and the windows it was just incredible

05:55I would prefer a more open concept walking into the kitchen again that wall of windows spectacular
06:02for my aesthetic I would have liked it a bit lighter I felt the primary bedroom was a huge Wow

06:14glassed in Shire was a great size but it just didn't have that Wow factor and there was no tub

06:25totally imagine the kids having a great time on that beach my only concern is that there is no dock

10:35those water views I was happy to see it was a kitchen that didn't need any renovations but Adam
10:41you know where I'm going with this the only view I saw the lake was a keyhole size one over

13:57those two things allow you to enjoy the view right out to the lake I agree Adam I absolutely love

14:10light can't be beat now we've been admiring those water views why don't we head outside and I can show
14:16you the outside space oh this is really nice we're on a tiered property and this is the highest tier

14:23we have so the views of the water here are excellent and there's not much maintenance because
14:28we're looking at a composite deck I love the fact that I can grill out here right close to the

14:32and I absolutely love this area to lounge right here where I can watch Paul do the cooking and I

14:37have my cup of coffee enjoying those beautiful views that's exactly where I would sit and Paul I
14:42like my steak medium rare good to know why don't we take the stairs down to the next year nice

14:48space so here we are in tier number two and it affords us that green space that we were looking
14:53for and you can make a few bucks by serving drinks to the boaters I was looking for another business
14:58adventure the kids could run around there's a fire pit to roast marshmallows setting this up for a
15:03party space would be great why don't we make our way down to tier three wow the views are so

15:11below us is a one-slip boathouse and you can have dining space sitting space all with a glass barrier
15:17that doesn't impede any review of the water the glass rails are amazing I happen to know a company
15:22that can clean them we just set up here enjoy our coffee in the morning it's lovely I'm so happy

15:31seen a beautiful waterfront home it is four bedrooms three bathrooms 2,100 square feet with 150 feet of
15:38waterfront and the price of this home is 2.1 million dollars all this land and the views that's a

15:47price when we walked into the kitchen I just could knock it over those views and all those wonderful
15:51windows for me overall I felt the kitchen could have been a bit bigger and the dining room a bit
15:55smaller the living room is a bit small the furniture might help if we could scale it down a bit
16:01but I'm
16:01not quite sure the primary bedroom the views just outstanding I thought that the ensuite was not huge
16:07but that big picture window definitely made up for the smaller size when we walked out to that deck I
16:12thought the views were spectacular and it was such a great place to lounge or eat or relax I'll probably
16:17be doing most of the lounging and Paul probably doing most of the cooking that's fair I just could
16:23knock it over all that green space there's just so much space there for the kids to run around and
16:28that boathouse is impressive that lounge area on top of it I just don't know who I'm gonna hire to
16:33clean
16:33all that glass down there Adam you showed us three amazing properties yeah we definitely need some time to
16:38think about what's best for us and our kids absolutely you guys take your time when you're
16:42ready I'm here we've seen three great wonderful houses this is gonna be a really hard decision it is
16:53real estate agent Adam Coven has shown Miriam and Paul three distinct waterfront homes each offering
16:59something different for their large family Wow look at the view this is so nice that is
