00:59we decided that we should take our friendship to the next level

01:09So now we're looking for a house together.
01:13My mother lives in Chester, so it would be nice to be closer to her.
01:17And my sister lives in Hubbards and I have five kids that come and go.

01:22And so we really want to have a place that we can entertain them all.
01:26While we love entertaining, but our current house in Halifax is just not big enough.

01:33I grew up near the ocean and I love the saltwater.
01:36I love to swim in saltwater and paddleboard and all that stuff.
01:38So that's the dream is to be back on an ocean.
01:42We really want to focus our search for our new property on the South Shore.
01:47The great thing about the South Shore is it's a boating mecca.
01:51So we would look at Chester, Mahone Bay.
01:54The beauty of Mahone Bay is there's hundreds of islands that you can actually go up to the island and
01:59beach and spend the day.
02:03We might have a little picnic and yeah, it's just a really great day.
02:11So the wish list for the new home, the number one priority is to have ocean proximity and I would
02:16love to be able to park my boat there.
02:18Three to four bedrooms, I'd say mostly because we have so many friends and family staying with us all the

02:23We love to host and I'd love a big kitchen because we love to cook.
02:28Hardwood floors, French doors, open concept, modern kitchen, but not really too modern of a house.
