26:31I have never had a suya taco before, and I think I'll be adding it to a list of things
26:36to try again.
26:38Maybe I would have liked to see the ribeye chopped up on it, but it's very tasty.

26:44Next up, the spiced snapper with a cabbage slaw.
26:50These are served with blue corn tortillas.
26:58The fish in here is cooked beautifully.
27:00I love this, especially with the slaw and the salsa.

27:05The fish is a little large for the tortilla that it's in, and it's lacking a lot of seasoning.
27:11Next up is a mahi-mahi deep-fried taco, almost like a sort of empanada with a saffron tortilla.
27:19This is the type of dish that I want to dive into.
27:21The texture is so craveable, I went in for a second bite.
27:24I think the overall presentation lacks a little bit.
27:27Maybe I would have loved a little bit more sauce, but frying the tortilla is super smart.
27:30Right, next up is a sort of take on a chicken shawarma taco, tomatillo crema, and a white corn tortilla.
