Sprinter Jereem Richards will be aiming to recapture his title in the 400 meters when he competes in the World Indoor Championships which begins next week Friday in Poland. Richards is part of a four member team which also features Tyra Gittens, Leah Bertrand and Nathan Cumberbatch. They are scheduled to depart for Poland next Monday.

00:07after taking down the Olympic champion Noah Lyles over the 300-meter distance.
00:12He's also been the 2022 World Indoor Champion in 45 seconds flat.
00:18Heat 1 of the event takes place on Friday, March 20th.

00:57Gittins enters the pit on Sunday, March 22nd.
01:01And for the first time, Nathan Cumberbatch will compete in the 800 meters
01:05after breaking through the senior ranks.
01:07He attained the standard at the Perth Track Classic,
01:10where he came fifth in a personal best time of 1 minute 45.64 seconds.
01:16He will enter the heats on Friday, March 20th.
