01:02kilometer and the 12 kilometer race the

01:12total of 986 participants apart from a late
01:16start the runoff felt smooth in cool
01:19conditions with a downpour two miles in
01:21there was a rhythm section along the way in
01:24the race village and adequate water stops but
01:27that was not the problem runners found
01:29themselves confused at points where there
01:32were no race marshals or the race marshals had
01:35no clue where to direct runners
01:37well for me I went off course when I went
01:43seven miles I was supposed to turn left or
01:46right with marshals with marshals didn't know
01:48where the seven left and when I went left
01:50they told me to go right when I went right they
01:53told me to skip from the baseline but I didn't run the whole course
02:04it would have mystified even the marshals who
02:08found it difficult to differentiate between
02:10those running the 6k and 12k because both
02:13merged on the same route to the finish line
02:16it resulted in a significant number of
02:19the front runners running a short course
02:21meantime other runners made extra laps not
02:24knowing where to turn for the conclusion of the race
02:27it's the first time I do subway on this new course
02:30I'm totally disappointed with the course
02:33the marshals of them was accurate at some point in time
02:37but a couple of the marshals sent us off course
02:40and coming home to finish when you're thinking you're sprinting to finish
02:44because you still had to go up turn and come back down
02:47no marshals at that point to tell us that we had to go up and turn
02:51so it was total from my years are running the experience is nice along the course
02:56but too much obstacle so we need to work on that and correct that for the future
03:01for subway to continue
03:02as a result organizers of the competition took a decision not to announce any awards on the day
03:08they indicated that during the event unforeseen technical and logistical challenges along the route
03:15caused the course disruptions affecting both distances
