Following the West Indies team's exit from the 2026 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, CWI president Dr. Kishore Shallow was in full praise for the men in maroon.

Despite missing out on a semi-final spot, the CWI boss felt it was a commendable campaign, which saw the team winning five games and losing two.
