2000 Olympic Silver Medalist Rocky Juarez makes his pro debut vs Pascali Adorno on Showtime Boxing
Transcript
00:00Well we get ready for our next
00:02bout another Olympian Olympic
00:04silver medalist Rocky Juarez in
00:06his first professional endeavor
00:07as he goes against Pascali
00:09Adorno Juarez gave us his
00:12thoughts on winning the silver
00:14medal.
00:16Coming out of the Olympics with
00:18silver medal is something that a
00:20lot of people don't get to do
00:21that even go to the Olympics so I
00:24accepted it and I'm very proud of
00:27what I accomplished throughout
00:28my whole amateur career.
00:29I joke around telling everybody
00:31that I put my silver medal on my
00:34rearview mirror but you know the
00:36truth is I leave it at my house I
00:38have it stashed away somewhere where
00:40no one can find it and basically
00:42whenever someone wants to see my
00:44silver medal I take it out and I
00:47show it to them.
00:48I'm very proud of it basically
00:49because a lot of people don't get
00:51to see the silver medal and kids they
00:53look up to it and I think I'm a good
00:55role model to kids from my
00:57neighborhood from my city.
01:01Well he proudly wears that medal
01:04everywhere and here is Olympic silver
01:07medalist Ricardo Rocky Juarez.
01:09Tremendous credentials.
01:10The 20-year-old Juarez from the north
01:12side of Houston a controversial final
01:14bout in which his opponent was
01:16cautioned nine times by the Russian
01:18ref but not penalized the point.
01:19The ref was suspended.
01:40And this is a proud moment for Rocky
01:43Juarez who went 145 and 17 during an
01:49amateur career which he won numerous
01:51titles including the gold at the U.S. and
01:53world championships.
01:55That loss to the Russia to the Olympics
01:57ended a 68 fight win streak.
02:00He is perhaps the most talented American
02:03boxer from the 2000 team and he predicts
02:06very matter of a world title in just three
02:09years.
02:10Bobby even though he was very successful as
02:13an amateur is his aggressive nature in the
02:16ring which you should be seeing shortly
02:18more suitable for the pros.
02:19We know aggressive nature is suitable for both.
02:22And the amateurs just being aggressive get
02:24your points.
02:24And the pros you have to be an effective
02:26aggressor and he is very effective.
02:28The judges will like that and the fans will
02:30love it even more.
02:31He is a crowd pleaser who does not waste his
02:35punches.
02:36There he is.
02:38Ricardo Rocky Juarez.
02:42Let's take a look at his opponent.
02:4418-year-old Pascale Adorno from Eurovis,
02:47Puerto Rico his third pro fight 2-0.
02:48Both four round decisions 41 and 13 as an
02:52amateur began boxing at 12.
02:54One of five children his older brother
02:56Omar a Puerto Rican champ who represented
02:58his country at the 96 games.
03:01The scouting report on Adorno Bobby more
03:03of a boxer than a brawler but he loves
03:05to mix.
03:06Mix for good fights.
03:07We'll see.
03:07Absolutely.
03:08You know what there's an old saying you
03:09got to be in it to win it never more
03:10true than in boxing.
03:12If you can't get in it it's going to be
03:13hard to win it.
03:16And with that let's take a look at the
03:18numbers as we go to the tail of the
03:19tight.
03:20Juarez only 20 yet two years older than
03:23Adorno.
03:23The height nearly even slight one inch
03:25edge in reach for Juarez and yesterday's
03:27weigh-in both below the 126 limit.
03:31And the key rules for this fight.
03:34The standing eight count in effect as is
03:37the three knockdown rule a fighter cannot be
03:39saved by the bell any round.
03:41If an accidental headbutt occurs before the
03:43end of the second round the fighters ruled
03:44a technical draw.
03:46If it happens after the end of round two
03:47they go to the scorecard.
03:50So here at the Uncas Pavilion we're getting
03:52ready for Rocky Juarez versus Pascale Adorno.
03:55Featherweight scheduled for four.
03:57Let's get the introductions from our ring
03:59announcer Jimmy Lennon.
04:03Ladies and gentlemen at this time we present
04:06our next feature bowed in the ring.

04:21Our three judges scoring this bout from ringside

04:28and Frank Lombardi.
04:31And introducing to you once again the third man
04:34to the ring our referee in charge of this bout
04:37Johnny Callis.
04:39Alright fans here we go featherweight to the ring
04:42and about scheduled four rounds of boxing.
04:45Introducing to you first on my left he is
04:48fighting out of the blue corner entering the ring
04:51wearing white trunks with gold trim and
04:54hailing from Morovis, Puerto Rico.
04:58He weighed in at 123 pounds.
05:01He is undefeated in his young campaign to the
05:04ring with two wins and no losses.
05:07Introducing Pascale El Gato Adorno.
05:16And his opponent across the ring on my right
05:19fighting out of the red corner in this four round
05:21attraction.
05:22He is wearing red white and blue trunks and
05:25hailing from the north side of Houston, Texas.
05:30He weighed in at 125 and one half pounds.
05:34Ladies and gentlemen here is the 2000 Olympic silver
05:38medalist for the United States.
05:41Tonight he is making his professional debut.
05:44Introducing Ricardo.
05:46Rocky Flores.
05:53Once again this is Johnny Callis our referee in charge.
05:57Now to give instructions.
06:03Gato, Rocky receive your instructions in the dressing room.
06:07I want you to protect yourself at all times.
06:09Above all obey my commands at all times.
06:12Corners on Gato from here down is a low blow.
06:17On Rocky from here down is a low blow.
06:20First command touch gloves when the bell rings come out fighting.
06:24Touch him up.
06:30Final instructions from the busy John Callis working again.
06:34Rocky Juarez very polished excellent skills aggressive in your face mentality.
06:39He's strong likes to work inside and throw hard body shots.
06:44Meanwhile Adorno very quiet unassuming from a humble hard-working family in Puerto Rico.
06:49He's won a pair of four round decisions since turning pro in January.
06:53His first fight on American soil.
06:57Now we're set round one scheduled for four.
07:00These are featherwaves.
07:04Juarez I said really loves those hard body shots.
07:07But he also knows how to use the right to the head as well.
07:10He could really become a fan favorite of the pros.
07:12And we'll see which is his favorite for fighting a southpaw.
07:14If it's if it's the left hook or the straight right hand.
07:17Fighters tend to get choosy.
07:19Me I like the right hand but the left hook wasn't bad.
07:23So Juarez starting off against a fighter with the southpaw stands.
07:28Juarez fighting for the first time without the head gear.
07:30That includes sparring.
07:31And he feels that three minute rounds as opposed to the amateur's two minute rounds are no factor.
07:36He's always sparred three minutes.
07:38But he does feel he has the pro style.
07:41Calm pace.
07:42Picks his shots likes to go to the body.
07:44He has sparred with Orlando Canizales and started in a pro gym.
07:49Nice left hook there by Juarez.
07:51Didn't really lean the perfectly clean but it was off to Temple.
07:54Adorno showing no ill signs.
07:58Adorno told us he hasn't seen Juarez fight.
08:00He knows he's very aggressive of course but he says so is he.
08:03He says he's tough and likes to fight in box.
08:07Extremely quiet young man Adorno.
08:09Hardly said a word during our meeting with him yesterday.
08:11Had his head down very shy.
08:13And here jumping on Adorno with a left hook to the head is Juarez.
08:17I'll tell you what Adorno has come to fight because he's not afraid of the punch that Juarez has and
08:21Juarez can punch.
08:23Juarez going to the body and upstairs as well.
08:28Juarez pretty good upper body looks to outpower his opponents wear him down with those left hooks to the body.
08:35He said of the amateurs well you look to score points to the head you go more to the body
08:39of the pros.
08:43Right now the southpaw style a little confusing for Juarez that pulling left hand, excuse me right hand by the
08:48southpaw Adorno kind of like the Europeans do causing some concern for Juarez.
08:52Pascali better be careful he's swinging very widely and opening himself up for a countering shot by Juarez.
09:01Body shot with the left hand by Adorno but it was soft.
09:07Had no impact whatsoever on Juarez.
09:10Juarez is very strong.
09:11There was a right hook.
09:12Both of these fighters staying with her body pretty consistently here in the opening round.
09:16Nearly a low blow by Adorno.
09:18And Juarez really digging in.
09:21Fighting on the inside against Adorno.
09:24Juarez able to score again.
09:26Adorno missing wildly.
09:28Some of those are getting it but most of them are.
09:29Nice double right hand by Juarez.
09:31Very effective.
09:32I thought he hurt Adorno but Adorno sticking his head right back in there.
09:36Adorno telegraphing that flailing right.
09:41Nice right hook there to the body of Juarez.
09:45Adorno came to fight.
09:47Final seconds round one.
09:56Juarez looking very patient, very calm, very comfortable.
09:59Doesn't look nervous at all.
10:01There it is.
10:02Road debut.
10:08He came out of the softball, right?
10:10You came out of the softball.
10:12You got to move to your left hand.
10:13Left field, right hand.
10:14He came out of the softball.
10:15He might not come out of the softball this route.
10:17You know he did, right?
10:19Now you got to pick at him.
10:20Pick at him.
10:20Up to the top.
10:21Get up to your bottom.
10:22That's a good start.
10:23You slow the start.
10:24You can pick it up now.
10:25Jaref left field, right hand.
10:26He stays as softball.
10:27Move to your left hand.
10:28You understand?
10:29You got to do that.
10:31With the left hand, I don't want to move to balance and come that way.
10:33Jab left field, right hand.
10:34If he's softball.
10:35If you don't, then you go back to your jab.
10:37Then do your basics.
10:38You understand?
10:39That's all we are going to do this round.
10:42That's all we are going to do.
10:43Take this round.
10:46Just relax.
10:47Just relax.
10:47Those are actually tight.
10:48Up on your time.
10:52You're good, buddy.
10:55Forrest's best punch in this fight.
10:56Second time.
10:56With the right hand.
10:57He lands against Adorno. He actually threw a nice double right hand. There's the beautiful short inside right
11:04Ray out of arrows speaking with Juarez in the corner with Juarez the past six years. That means since he
11:11was 14
11:13I'll say one thing about Juarez. He already talks like a pro very upbeat accommodating media savvy all these youngsters
11:19are terrific. There's a pretty good punch by Adorno but Juarez hanging tight. Nice combination here by Adorno went to
11:27the body and came up to the head and I think it's awkward angles he throws as much that
11:30at Rocky. Juarez a little bit, I don't know, out of his motion, out of his rhythm right now. He
11:36seems to be looking for something and I'm not sure what. Juarez in a sequence where he's a bit out
11:41of sync, a little off balance, but let's see if he can regroup here.
11:45Good body shot by Adorno with the right hand. He's making Juarez miss, but he's not making him punch as
11:54you get.
11:56Juarez with a pretty good uppercut on the inside of the chin.
12:00Right now the strength factor for Juarez, he's physically stronger, can pull Adorno on the inside, but on the outside,
12:07Adorno has been effective several times.
12:10Again, that right uppercut continues to score to the chin by Juarez.
12:16Missing wildly with the left hook, Juarez, unable to cover up defensively and not get tagged.
12:23There's that jab now by Juarez, follows it up with the right hand of the body and that got the
12:28attention of Adorno.
12:29Left hook to the body is what hurt. Adorno really did. You can see the look on his face and
12:33sort of the bounce out of his legs. It just disappeared.
12:36And a straight right hand right on the head of Adorno, who looks stunned all of a sudden. Very confused.
12:44Juarez beaming with confidence.
12:46It was definitely the left hook to the body at the start of this deep and that right hand is
12:49not doing any favors for Adorno.
12:52Big round for Juarez, swarming all over the Puerto Rican.
12:59Juarez with a slashing right cross to the head.
13:05The very polished 20-year-old Juarez from the north side of Houston.
13:10Oh, another right hand by Juarez to the head.
13:12He talked about him a minute ago. He swung his punches wide and very, I mean, very open.
13:16And he just timed it. In the middle of that right hook, he caught the right hand.
13:19It did take long for the Olympian Juarez to solve Mr. Adorno.
13:26Juarez, whether it was through his corner or through his own, made the adjustments from the first round.
13:30He was a lot closer, and now it's domination.
13:35You've got to like what you're seeing here at Juarez.
13:37Taking his time, being very calm and patient.
13:40And he just ate a pretty good right hand, but then he answers back with a right.
13:44He sure did, but you're right. He's not getting overexcited. He's not punching himself out.
13:47He's trying to measure his opponent and slowly wear him down.
13:50He's fighting like a seasoned pro.
13:54In his first professional fight.
13:56Final set.
13:57The new green.
13:58Yep, indeed.
14:00Round two now.
14:01In the box.
14:11Okay, now you begin to pick up a part.
14:13You begin to pick up a part.
14:15You're doing good with the body shot, but you're not consistent with that body shot.
14:17Make up a little bit.
14:19You're not consistent with that body shot.
14:21I want you to jab.
14:21I want you to break left.
14:24He's still a southpaw.
14:24He's still coming southpaw.
14:25I want you to break left.
14:27Keep that body.
14:29Don't throw so many punches.
14:30Make him count, son.
14:31You understand?
14:32I don't want that Peter pedophile.
14:33I want you to make him count.
14:34Jab, solid jab.
14:35Relax, relax.
14:36You break into the left and shoot that body shot.
14:39He doesn't like them shots.
14:40You understand?
14:41Let's set him up with that for a right hand.
14:44Okay, we're going to do it?
14:45That's all I want this round.
14:46It was a good round.
14:47Relax, relax.
14:48What's up now?
14:49What's up now?
14:51We're going to watch it.
14:52There's going to be combinations coming from both sides from here to here.
14:54What happens is Juarez comes and takes him right up under here, right underneath the ribcage.
15:01And this really, really hurts.
15:02Watch the face of Adorno when he gets hit.
15:05Look at that look on his face.
15:07You can see the pain.
15:08He's trying to mask him.
15:10Round three.
15:11Ray out of arrows to the corner of Juarez telling Rocky, don't throw so many punches.
15:14Don't waste your energy.
15:16Relax.
15:17Throw those body shots.
15:18Set up the right hand.
15:19He said, too.
15:20He said, you have plenty of time.
15:21Don't worry about it.
15:21Just work slow.
15:22Work properly.
15:25Round three.
15:26It is scheduled for four.
15:28Featherweights.
15:33Juarez coming off a big second round.
15:35Okay, no punts.
15:36No punts.
15:37Way to go.
15:38Way to listen.
15:40I'll be surprised to see if he's not gone right back to that left hook to the body.
15:44Yeah.
15:48Juarez told us he didn't see tapes of Adorno field.
15:50Sometimes they're not necessary.
15:52He really does talk like a pro.
15:54He said he once watched the tape of a German opponent when he actually fought him.
15:58The guy fought a different fight.
16:00How many times have we heard pros tell us that?
16:02Yeah, sometimes it's happening.
16:04I've done it myself.
16:05I've zeroed in on one thing and a different guy shows up and it takes quite a while to make
16:08the adjustments.
16:11We are in a working corner to the right of us.
16:14Our immediate right is the Adorno corner.
16:16You can probably hear Victor Ramirez in cover.
16:19His wild right hand, excuse me, left, overhand left by the southpaw of Adorno.
16:24Landed on Juarez.
16:26Had a little more success in this round, Adorno, but not a lot.
16:29Juarez stalking Adorno.
16:31He just won't let him off the hook.
16:33But Adorno's game.
16:35But he's missing.
16:37Missing with that left hook.
16:38He's got a good hook under, moved by Juarez.
16:41Let go of each other.
16:45Adorno being trained by the head coach of the Puerto Rican amateur team.
16:49You see he's got certain skills, but certainly not in the league of Rocky Juarez.
16:55Adorno, you see, too, he wastes a lot of energy.
16:57He swings while he misses, separates his arm from his shoulders from his body,
17:01takes something off his punches.
17:02Has a reasonable defense.
17:04It's a nice range.
17:05And I think it has potential to guide him from Juarez.
17:08Juarez taking the starch out of Adorno with those heavy body shots.
17:14And he continues to make Adorno backpedal as Juarez presses the attack.
17:22Right now, a little cat and mouse feelers with the jab.
17:24Southpaw to right now.
17:26Jabs meet.
17:28Both looking at Nodo with a power shot.
17:30Occasionally, Adorno will score to the body.
17:33But those punches don't seem to have much steam behind them.
17:36It's a good right hand by Juarez.
17:40Nice to go with that combination.
17:45Just go pop behind those Adorno punches.
17:48You see, they're a long range here in the tail end of punches that are separated from his body.
17:52There's no power left.
17:55As we head for the bell round three, with one remaining.
18:04It's time.
18:12Rocky, Rocky, you're not listening to what I said.
18:15I want you to go ahead.
18:16You've got to just set him up with a jab.
18:17You can break him to the left of the body.
18:19This guy does not like bunny shot.
18:21You can't stay in there with this guy.
18:23You understand?
18:23You need to go outside.
18:24Box his guy.
18:25Box his guy.
18:25Break him.
18:26He's putting his weight on you.
18:29Corner, fourth and final round.
18:31We're going to touch him up in the middle.
18:35The sign's a good young pro working the body.
18:38Comes up top and digs that left hook to the body and the right hand.
18:42There's that left hook again.
18:43That's the one that hurt Adorno before.
18:45He really is trying to stay to the body and mix it up and down.
18:51A little later on, you see the measuring with the right hand.
18:54Again, tries to throw it to the body and comes back with the left hook.
18:57That's a mark of an accomplished amateur making the transition, staying with body work, not
19:01disregarding the body.
19:03As mentioned, arguably the most talented American fighter from the 2000 Sydney Games.
19:08They touch gloves for the fourth and final round in the pro debut of Olympic silver medalist
19:14Rocky Juarez.
19:15Rocky, Rocky, Rocky.
19:17And you hear the chants in the background of Rocky.
19:20Rocky, Rocky, Rocky.
19:21And as mentioned earlier, not named for the fictitious movie character played by Sylvester Stallone,
19:27but for the great Rocky Marciano, in tribute to him.
19:31Keep him out in front, guys.
19:32Real name, Ricardo.
19:33Out in front, baby.
19:38They want more body shots.
19:39You may have heard Ray Navarro saying to Juarez.
19:46Set it up with a jab.
19:47But they're both kind of measuring and hesitating, measuring and hesitating.
19:51It was a miss, a couple of misses by Juarez, and a couple of misses back by Adorno.
19:55Very awkward style for Juarez to face in a pro debut.
20:01Juarez, 145-17 is in average.
20:07Austin, in controversial fashion, in the final two.
20:11A fighter from Kazakhstan.
20:14I told you earlier that he tragically passed away in a car accident at New Year's Eve.
20:20So he had to settle for second, Juarez.
20:22One of the things Juarez is not probably following enough up right now is his jab.
20:26If he comes in behind a double, even a triple jab, instead of just a single jab,
20:29he might be able to close that gap and get inside with his power shot.
20:32Which we see he's trying to do, but not quite accomplished.
20:36Halfway through the fourth and final round.
20:39Again, a straight right hand to the body, staying with his body punches.
20:44Sticking to the plant, Rocky Juarez.
20:54Juarez making Adorno miss.
20:56A little quick trigger right hand there by Juarez.
20:59A nice lead right hand, but no left hook behind it.
21:02He had Adorno's head up in here, but failed to follow up.
21:06The final minute of the final round.
21:09Is there anything that you would like to see Juarez do more of here?
21:12I think just coming in behind a double, maybe even a triple jab here.
21:15What he has to do is shut down the distance.
21:18There's a long arm and a little bit more, not just reach, but height by Adorno.
21:22And he leans out.
21:23So he adds to that.
21:24He needs to step in, get Adorno rebound, and then unload with the power.
21:27He has the strength.
21:29He's just not getting close enough to land well.
21:34Good body shot with the right hand there by Juarez.
21:37And he followed with the left hook, but didn't come upstairs.
21:40And I thought that might have been real effective.
21:41He did get Adorno's hands down.
21:48Adorno trying to slither away a little bit on the slippery side there.
21:51Adorno able to elude some of those shots as we hit the final ten seconds of the last round.
22:05I think they've banged heads right there, Steve.
22:07Let go of each other.
22:07Let go of each other.
22:08Oh, nice job.
22:10And that's it.
22:11Rocky Juarez against the southpaw, Pascale Adorno of Puerto Rico.
22:14And it looks like an easy decision victory for Juarez.
22:21So overall, what do you think of Juarez's performance?
22:24I thought his performance was very good.
22:25I thought he stayed with his body plan most of the fight.
22:27He maybe lacked on the jab just a bit, but he threw nice combinations.
22:31And, you know, the opponent he had here was a very awkward fight for the first fight.
22:35Pro debut against a difficult southpaw.
22:37It was very range and wiry.
22:38You heard him early.
22:40He's got a strange style.
22:43It's very hard to explain to people who have never been in the ring
22:45that guys that lean like that have the long, looping shots,
22:48and wiry shots that come from any angle.
22:50Very hard to combat.

23:25as he awaits his first professional decision doing some posing for some of the ringside photographers.
23:33Very engaging, affable, likable young man out of the north side of Houston, Texas.
23:39Loves kids, wants to see himself as a role model and says,
23:43don't worry, I'll have a world title in three years.
23:47Let's get it up to Jimmy Lennon Jr. for the decision.
23:53Ladies and gentlemen, after four rounds of action,
23:55we go to the scorecards and we have a unanimous decision.
23:59Here are the score totals.
24:01Judge at ringside Malvina Latham scores about 39 to 37.
24:06Judges Harold Gomes and Frank Lombardi both score the bat 40 to 36.
24:10All three in favor of the winner in his professional debut, Rocky Juarez.
24:22So a memorable night for Olympic silver medalist Rocky Juarez.
24:27He makes his pro debut in successful fashion, defeats Pascale Adorno of Puerto Rico.
24:32Just 20 years of age, Juarez and the man considered by many as the best of the 2000 U.S.
24:38Olympic team
24:39and his rocket is on his way.
24:41I thought it was a clean shot, Steve, but one of the judges actually gave a round.
24:44They don't know.
24:47Coming up next, you will see 17-year-old junior welterweight hotshot Juan Diaz
24:53as he looks to remain undefeated taking on Brad Jensen.
24:58We'll take you into the dressing room of Juan Diaz at age 16.
25:01A year ago was too young to qualify for the Olympics, so he turned pro.
25:04He's compared as a fighter to a young Tony Ayala, El Torito.
25:09Diaz has that baby bull quality not yet physically defined, as you'll see, but he's only 17.
25:17And there he is doing a little sparring, getting ready.
25:21Young Juan Diaz.
25:26We're set for post-fight reaction from our last spot.
25:28Let's swing it on up to Tim Smith in the ring.
25:31Tim.
25:33Thanks, Steve.
25:34We're standing here with Rocky.
25:37Rocky, have you ever thought about just dropping the Y from your last name and just go with Rock?
25:41Because you did a lot of body work.
25:42You were, you know, demolishing this guy to the body, starting in the second round.
25:47Well, the guy was tough going into this fight.
25:50He surprised me big time going into the fight by fighting softball.
25:53I was expecting to fight a right-hander.
25:56But, you know, I went in there trying to look for a knockout in the early rounds,
25:59and then I noticed the guy could take a punch, you know.
26:02And it made me feel like I couldn't hit hard, but, you know, the guy had a solid chin,
26:07and I give him a lot of credit, and he came out of the fight tonight.
26:11Okay.
26:11Did you have any butterflies?
26:13Was there any nervousness making this pro debut tonight?
26:16As a matter of fact, I felt good coming into this fight.
26:18I was ready, great condition, prepared.
26:23You know, I was happy, you know.
26:24It was exciting for me having my first pro debut.
26:29But, you know, things that turned out today, yeah, I'm happy.
26:32You know, I came out with the victory.
26:34I didn't come out with the knockout, but the guy was a very tough opponent.
26:37You know, he had a tough chin, and he came out of the fight.
26:39How different was it for you to fight without the headgear for the first time?
26:44It was different, you know.
26:45I got headbutted a couple of times.
26:49You know, that was the part, you know, those headbutts, you could feel them.
26:54The guy was pretty good, and it was somewhat alike, but at the same time different.
26:59Going three minutes and smaller gloves.
27:03It seems like you paced yourself pretty well, and you're a guy that stays on a guy when you fight
27:08him,
27:08but it seems like you did come out with a nice pace.
27:11Did you get accomplished some of the things that you wanted to accomplish?
27:16I accomplished everything I wanted to do today, and that was just get the victory.
27:21You know, I didn't get the knockout, but I got the victory, so I'm happy.
27:24Okay.
27:24Successful start for Rocky Juarez here tonight in his debut.
27:28And back to you, Steve.
27:29Thanks for the time.
27:30Thanks for meeting me.
27:31Hi, Tim, and thank you, Rocky.
27:32And like Juarez, I thought that Adorno was going to come out as a conventional fighter as well.
27:37I asked him at yesterday's meeting, are you a righty or a lefty?
27:39He said he was a righty.
27:41Trying to pull a fast one, Bobby.
27:42I guess so, Steven.
27:44You know what?
27:44He never actually answered you.
27:46The trainer answered.
27:47Well, he didn't say a word.
27:48That's right.
27:49The trainer did all the talking.
27:50Maybe he misunderstood.
27:51I didn't even know he had teeth until after when he smiled.
27:53That's right.
27:55All right.
27:56Let's check the online scoring results from our last bout.
27:59There it is.
28:00A shutout by the fans at home in favor of Olympic silver medalist and now professional Rocky Juarez.
28:07If you took part, thanks for your participation.
