00:00Double trouble Thursday in the central U.S.
00:04Nearly a foot of windblown snow and isolated tornadoes are on the way.
00:10We begin with our storm leaving California on Wednesday.
00:15That will be pushing out into the Plain States as we move into Thursday.
00:20Now, two sides of the storm.
00:22On the northern side, that's where you're going to have winter cold
00:26and enough cold for some windblown snow.
00:30But on the southern side, it's springtime with temperatures well above the historical average
00:36and severe weather.
00:36Let's talk about the snow.
00:38We haven't seen a lot of snow in the central Plain States so far this winter.
00:42Well, we're going to get it here as we go through Thursday and Thursday night
00:47that the middle blue shading is where we're looking at 3 to 6 inches of snow.
00:52And notice a couple of areas where we're projecting 6 to 12 inches of snow
00:56and an AccuWeather local storm max near 2 feet.
01:00That means one or two locations can get that much.
01:04Meanwhile, all of a sudden, it is spring across the Ohio Valley.
01:09And what do we see in springtime?
01:10Severe weather.
01:11Damaging winds and some locally heavy rain and hail certainly possible
01:16within our severe weather risk area.
01:18And anywhere in that color, especially in that moderate risk,
01:22there's a tornado threat as we go through Thursday.
01:26While we don't think it's dozens of tornadoes,
01:28there will at least be a few on the ground.
01:31Let's get started.
01:31So there's some greatiguberiennet.
01:31The humanity.
01:31That was a great ĐĐľĐ˝Ń habitat.
01:31I want to mention one minute,
