00:18Monja, monja, bon appetit, let's eat, it's time for Tanks Cooks.
00:25This week we're making fucking boneless ribs, a recipe was sent to me by Sam Nichols, we'll
00:40be doing it on the grill, but first we have to make a marinade, and to start off we're
00:44going to get some Worcestershire sauce, and we're going to pour some Worcestershire sauce
00:48in the bowl.
00:49You see, I poured Worcestershire sauce into the bowl, it was making a glop, glop, glop, glop
00:53glop sound, but no, you can't fucking hear that, because the fucking audio didn't fucking
00:57record.
01:01I don't know how much fucking Worcestershire sauce I was supposed to put in, so I just
01:05put a whole bunch of Worcestershire fucking sauce in the goddamn motherfucking bowl, for
01:09our boneless motherfucking ribs.
01:14Next, uh, next I'm going to be using Heinz 57 sauce.
01:17Now, uh, Mike Nichols, or Sam Nichols, sent me the recipe for, uh, Dale's sauce, I don't
01:23know what the fuck Dale's sauce is.
01:25So, uh, instead I'll be using Heinz 57 sauce, I mean, uh, I could find Heinz 57 sauce, it
01:32might, I don't know, I don't even know what the fuck Dale's sauce is, but here it is, here's
01:37some Heinz 57 sauce, I'm pouring it into the bowl.
01:39You have to snap the bottle out, because it's so fucking thick, there's so much stuff in
01:43there, it's making a plop sound, it's plopping into the bowl, yeah, that's right, it's splashing
01:48around in the bowl, there it is, ooh, a lot of, it fell out there, maybe a little bit more,
01:52I don't know, I wasn't even given any measurements, but not like I actually fucking measure anyway.
01:57So, there it is, Heinz 57 sauce.
02:01I think that's enough.
02:02All right, our next ingredient, is I'm gonna put a little fucking hot sauce in here, uh,
02:16I mean, what the fuck, why not?
02:19I mean, we're gonna just pour a little bit of hot sauce in there, just a little, not a
02:23whole lot, just to give it a little extra zest.
02:28Yeah, uh, oh yeah, there it is, I can just pour it out a little bit more, yeah, just a little
02:31bit more, you can never have too much hot sauce.
02:34Now, I'm gonna whisk it up, there it is, you like how I whisk?
02:37Whisk it every day, whisk it every night, I'm whisking this up.
02:42I recorded this a couple weeks ago, uh, I'm doing the voiceover now, and hopefully it matches
02:47enough.
02:48Of course, I'm gonna add my regular spices, you know, that means, uh, the garlic powder,
02:54yes, that's right, I'm gonna pour some garlic powder into this.
02:56So, there's the garlic powder, pretty much, there it is, a nice little, you need, look
03:07at that, look at that garlic, you know, you see the smoke rising from the garlic powder.
03:12That's how you know I put enough in there.
03:14And of course, you know, I gotta throw in my accent.
03:18I mean, I put this accent shit on everything, there it is.
03:22All right, then we got some of this, uh, meat rub.
03:30Just put some dirt on it, well, now I'm out.
03:35The Brookhaven Meat Sauce Company, very good product.
03:38And then, of course, you can't forget the lemon pepper.
03:41Lemon pepper, lemon pepper.
03:44Then I'm gonna throw in a little paprika.
03:48Pa-pa-pa-puprica, pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa, pa-pa-pa-pa, pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa.
03:54And then, some mojo seasoning, there it is, some mojo seasoning.
04:00To like, liven this up.
04:02There it is, I'm making a nice marinade for our boneless ribs.
04:05all right there's a little bit pepper a little traditional salt just a little and let's whisk
04:15this baby up a little bit more yes this is how you do it you have to whisk it together whisk
04:19whisk whisk whisk it together we're risking it together mbs mikey's uh consuming uh chaperone
04:28curse it didn't record naturally so i had to do the voiceover but there it is all right then we're
04:34going to take a uh a ziploc bag we're going to take our boneless ribs we're going to throw the
04:42boneless ribs into the into the ziploc bag there it is you got to get the ziploc bag open first
04:53put the boneless ribs into the ziploc bag
04:58and then we'll pour in our marinade marinade dink dink dink dink dink dink dink that's the noisy
05:08whisk makes as it hits the side of the bowl dink dink dink dink dink dink dink dink dink dink
05:14all right let's pour this marinade into the ziploc bag with the ribs
05:21there it is look at that yep there it is poured nicely into the bag i didn't spill a goddamn
05:29motherfucking thing by some fucking miracle yes that's fucking right now you have to wish it around
05:35flip it around spin it around shake it up flip it around spin it sit it shake it shake it shake it
05:41make sure that marinade covers all that boneless rib meat that's how we're doing it we're going to shake
05:47shake shake shake it up spin it around shake it around flip it around kind of like i do my cameos
05:52i have to shake the shake the bag shake the bag shake the bag and then we'll cover it up
05:57oh i think the ribs almost hit me in the face there that would have been funny wouldn't it yeah
06:03and then we're going to put it in the fridge for four hours and then we'll take it out to the grill
06:17all right let's grill again i'm back out here at the grill i'm getting ready to make these
06:33boneless uh ribs and uh well we have to turn on the grill
06:38light it up light it up light it up light it up light it up hopefully i don't catch fire
06:48whoo that's today we're going to do it uh we're going to be putting on some skewered potatoes
06:59trying to figure out what's better do you roast the potatoes in the foil or the skewered potatoes
07:04in between in between filled without be complete without putting on the corn so let me put this
07:11corn on and uh we'll get ready to put on our uh boneless ribs
07:15all right
07:18let's get ready to cook this up we're going to put our uh boneless ribs in we got a nice little
07:30uh temperature probe in here so we can monitor it so we don't char it up
07:35and uh let's put on the boneless grill the boneless ribs on the grill
07:41look i forgot to change my hat again i always do that i always get changed my hat
07:47we're going to put a little extra montreal seasoning on
08:02and a little bit of this uh Worcestershire sauce close the grill up and uh keep a close eye on it
08:20am i recording yes i am
08:26let's brush a little bit of this uh sauce on our skewered ribs
08:32uh causing a little bit of a flare-up but that's okay flare-ups are fun
08:40except when they start to burn your hand don't want to burn your hand
08:47back with this flare-up i'm going to move my ribs a little further back and move them over here
08:54potatoes get good flare-up and rotate our corn again
08:58here we go
09:05we gotta keep monitoring our corn and potatoes

09:15oh the potatoes are trying up corn and potatoes let's monitor the corn and potatoes
09:23for probe two please flip your food all right here we go we gotta flip the ribs
09:31potatoes oh they potatoes are done oh they're charred up let me put these yeah some of these are really
09:37charred up let me get the potatoes off the fire and flip the ribs flip the ribs turn the meat around
09:46cook on other side now add a little more Montreal seasoning and some more Worcestershire sauce
09:58here we go and i'll use the rest of the bottle all right turn the corn one more time the corn's almost done
10:08too we'll get these uh potato these potatoes cooked fast look at that but i don't think they charred too too bad
10:20they should they look edible just a little burnt
10:22let's close this back up and uh get ready for the final steps all right let's get the corn off the corn looks like it's done
10:43we'll get this all butter it up and get ready for the uh ribs to be done one more step to do with the ribs though
10:52all right we're ready for our final step which is adding on some barbecue sauce yeah that's right
11:02you have to do it at the end because if you do if you don't it will char the up so let's pour some
11:08let's get our ribs closer to us
11:11so let's slide the ribs this oh slide the ribs this way
11:24probably put a little further to the heat
11:27out and pour on some barbecue sauce barbecue sauce barbecue sauce barbecue sauce and then brush it on
11:36brush brush brush brush the barbecue sauce let's flip it over and sauce up the other side
12:06let's slap it on
12:15brush it on brush it on
12:20and now we just let it cook for another minute and then we take it off
12:25for probe two please remove your food all right have to remove it from the heat
12:30let's get it onto a plate
12:38here it goes doesn't this look good looks good to me
12:46for pro two the food rest time has started oh it's got to rest for 10 minutes 10 minutes so remember
12:52that as a rest for 10 minutes hey 10 minutes of rest time is finally over let's remove this probe
12:58is it's time to plate the meal time to play the meal very last song there so i think i'm on the
13:07camera right time to play the meal time i've been already eating the potatoes and the corn by the way

13:30let's see how these boneless ribs came out
13:33a little bit more sauce on here but let's see how they taste out here is sun going in
