00:32especially when I got a recipe sent to me by Chad Wonderling
00:36for grilled prime rib.
00:41So it says I have to get the prime rib up to room temperature,
00:48and I got to spice it up.
00:50So let's get the spices, and we got to blend the spices together.
00:56All right, he says salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, onion powder,
01:03and olive oil.
01:04Well, you know, I'll use those.
01:06We got some salt we'll put in.

01:12This is about two tablespoons of salt.
01:16So I'll put, yeah, some salt.

08:27on here. Let me click a little fast because I actually just got a prime rib steak, not
08:33the full rib roast. I mean, come on. I'm one person here. So it's kind of like a prime
08:40rib steak. Of course, using our usual spice. Now this is heat. There's no heat here. It's
08:50indirect heat. So let's get our seasoned corn. Some p-p-paprika. And a little bit of accent.
09:08Our potate is on too. Yep. The potate is on to direct heat as well.
09:24Here it is. I'm going to have a little bit of a surprise for these potatoes in a few. So
09:45stay tuned as we continue to cook this prime rib steak on the grill.
