00:46out and grill again you know it's always a thrill when i grill but first you got to
00:52get a little bit of a marinade and today i'm going to be making a grilled mesquite chicken
00:59breast now i'm going to use this but i'm still going to add a little more and i'm going to
01:05let it marinate now this you can make in 15 minutes but i like to marinate a little bit
01:10longer so i'm going to pour in some olive oil
01:16it says you're supposed to get about a cup of a quarter cup of oil that might be more
01:24less we don't always measure here
01:27you know i measure with my eyes so we're going to put in our mesquite marinade

01:41we're going to toss in a little bit of a lemon pepper
01:53a little bit of garlic powder
01:59we'll throw in a little bit of a this poultry seasoning too
02:08and of course accent i put this shit in everything
02:17so let's whisk this around whisk it up

02:33we got our marinade made
02:37now we're going to get our

02:42we're going to take our chicken breast
02:45the boneless chicken breast
02:48we'll put the boneless chicken breast into the bag
02:52and now we're going to pour our marinade over our chicken breast

03:04we'll seal up the bag
03:18and we'll coat the chicken into the marinade

03:28and we're going to put this into the fridge
03:31for a couple hours and then we'll go out and grill

04:10and we're going to be putting on our corn and our potatoes first

04:30we're going to let this heat up before we put on our chicken breast
04:35so close it up and let it get up to about 400 degrees

05:09and now it's time to put on our chicken breast
