00:00If I were to describe Gadget's shop to someone, I would start by calling it the dream playground.

00:09We have a 3D printer.

00:11One, two, three, and four.

00:14We have metal bending machines, and we have a bunch of metal cutters that make possible the ability to create everything that we want, everything that we need.

00:23Just trying to get this clamp on the right spot right now, without taking everything apart.

00:29If you could push it, but I don't think you can, can you?

00:32Or screw it in?

00:33Take it off.

00:34Eh, either way.

00:37Okay.

00:40Gadget has been building electric cars for 15 years.

00:43He's a pioneer in the field, and he is the living representation of where I would like to be 10 years on the road.

00:52You got the pliers in?

00:55Yep.

00:56All right.

00:57Be my eyes.

00:59I've always been interested in technology and clean energy, so when I heard Gadget was doing electric conversions, I saw it as an opportunity to not only learn about the conversion of Lake EV, but also to apply my background in design and fabrication into the shop.
