00:00When you see these bottles on the bench back there, just know that it's
00:08not Rose's cherry juice and the other one is not Curaçao.
00:13Yes, I go around your shop and I'd like to see what I can drink with that available.
00:19Look, there's a bottle of Curaçao behind his desk.
00:21Look at that!
00:22Reverendo Gadget likes to party all day.
00:27It initially brought me on as shop help, especially in the fabrication area, and I have since
00:32become his right-hand person.
00:35So what happened?
00:37All right, there's something more serious going on here.
00:43Not only is the Mustang not getting enough power, but the power is cutting out completely.
00:47I think maybe the memory and the controller got corrupted.
00:50The only problem here is that we started with an existing conversion.
00:53For some reason, they put in two electric motors.
00:55The reason is, the technology of the day was to have two DC motors.
01:00Because of the limitations of DC motors, they were used so that you could get more torque
01:04off the line by having the two wired in one configuration, and then you would change it
01:08so it would give you more RPM later.
01:10It would be fast off the line, and then once you got up to speed where that torque started
01:14to fall off, you'd switch it to the other condition, and now it would start accelerating
01:19more.
01:20The problem is, it leaves a big pause in the middle of driving.
01:24The customer didn't like it.
01:25But right now, there's something seriously wrong.
01:27And it's still interesting.
01:33That doesn't sound right.
01:35So again, don't you know.
