00:22I'm currently in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I'm a family medicine physician working for Erlanger
00:27Health Systems. This is going to be easy for you. You've already studied. I studied quite a bit.
00:36I know, I know. Okay, here is the question. Since COVID-19, the majority of Americans have
00:42A, improved diet and exercise regimen, B, no change in diet and exercise, or C,
00:50decrease in exercise. Which one of the multiple choice would you pick?
00:58That's a tough one. My hope is that everybody has increased diet and exercise to help reduce the
01:08stress that we've been feeling.
01:09Yes. Well, according to our Wellness House doctors, actually, they've decreased in exercise.
01:16Oh. So a lot of people are going to come out with this quarantine 15, and then they're going to come
01:21to your office. That's true.
01:23And ask for help. So how have you been navigating through COVID-19 as a physician and caring for
01:30your patients, but also caring for yourself? I have actually picked up on exercise, trying to find
01:35ways to decrease stress. Yeah.
01:37Walking, trying to do some new things like yoga, and it's helped quite a bit.
01:43Good, good, good. Well, we're glad that you're taking care of yourself. I, too, have really kicked
01:48up my workout regimen, because when I come out of this, I don't want to, I want to want people to
01:53say, ooh, Rashawn, what did you do?
01:56I know. 15 pounds. That's a lot.
01:58It is. It's like that freshman 15, you could have the quarantine 15, but you and I are not on that track,
02:02and we are encouraging everyone else to do the same. But because you participated, we're going to send
02:07this really cute pouch to your house for participating.
