00:12to's of how to know if and when you need life therapy first you have to pay attention to your
00:18triggers for example if one of our things is weight loss which we all can relate to I'm sure
00:23if somebody says oh my gosh you look so pretty in that dress if if we're hearing I kind of look fat
00:29and I wish I wasn't so heavy in the stress that's a trigger it means you can't even hear the compliment
00:34because you're so focused on the weight loss let's take it a step further triggers can then become
00:39patterns what happens if that trigger becomes a pattern now all of a sudden somebody says oh my
00:45gosh your sunglasses are so fly what you hear is oh my gosh my face is so fat and every time somebody
00:51compliments you which is positive you're hearing a negative a self-sabotaging a self-criticism negative
00:57which is something pointing to I'm overweight that's a pattern and it may mean that you're a
01:03little bit above where you can help yourself and you may need some support so speaking of support
01:09what does that look like support meaning somebody that you love somebody that you trust somebody that
01:14you hear positive reinforcement and and love and not judgment so if I say to you golly you look tired
01:21you're not going to hear self-sabotage you're going to hear my friend loves me and she feels like I need
01:26more rest so let's remember matter of fact let's do some homework how about that you know I love to
01:31get some homework I want you to write down this next week 10 things that you feel like are triggers
01:36or patterns and now we can look at it get it out of our souls out of our heads now you can look at it
01:41and say can I manage this on my own or do I need some more support you follow let's do our homework
